MORE LEGAL ACTIONS!

This afternoon was the first coordination meeting of Bantay Hayop Davao with Law Student Practitioners of the Rizal Memorial Colleges - School of Law for the 3-in-1 Legal Outreach Activity this late October, with these components: free legal consultation/aid, mini forum on latest amended Animal Welfare Act and other policies, and to launch an outreach program to help BHD shelter build a facility to provide more services to the public.

The Law Student Practitioners of The Rizal Memorial Colleges - School of Law, under our Clinical Legal Education Program.

More legal assistance for the animal welfare is always the dream of Bantay Hayop Davao. We hope that our projects and actions be replicated for sustainability.

Looking forward to a solid partnership with law students and legal counsels.

Naay iro na gitunol sa iyang tag-iya sa impounding vehicle, apan nilabay ang pipila ka bulan, nagkuha na sad siya og bag-ong iro ug nanganak pa jud kini.

Naay iro na girescue, apan wala ray pila ka adlaw, gipulihan ra sad ang iro na girescue og bag-o. Didto gihapon gitalian sa kung asa unang narescue nga iro.

Ngano kaha na dili man motuman ang mg tag-iya? Ngano kaha na dili nila makita ang kaimportante sa animal welfare?

May a*ong nirescue, pero wala pang ilang araw, pinalitan na ang a*o ng isa na namang a*o at itinali kung saan narescue ang naunang a*o.

Bakit kaya hindi natututo ang mga owners? Bakit kaya hindi nakikita ang kahalagahan ng animal welfare?

Thank you donors! Your kindness is prayed for and may the Universe return the generosity you have shown to the animals and to our work.

We also would like to thank SM Lanang for stepping up and transported the dog food to the shelter. We do not have to worry about their meals for two days. Bless you po.

May mga ka*ong isinampa ang Bantay Hayop Davao at nagkakaroon ng pag-usad sa korte. Hindi man namin maaring ipost ang mga detalye sa ngayon na nasa korte na, sana ipagdasal natin na maging maayos ang takbo ng ka*o at kung ano man ang desisyon ng korte ay nararapat na hatol sa mga akusado.

Dapat din nating intindihin na ang mga ka*ong isinasampa natin ay yaong mga pangyayaring may dokumento o ebidensya at may mga witnesses na willing hanggang dulo. Sa pamamagitan nito, mapapaigting natin ang batas at mapalakas ang laban ng mga hayop.

And we also would like to initially announce to everyone that we are excited dahil dumadami ang mga abogado o mga legal counsels na nagpapahiwatig ng interes na tumulong sa Bantay Hayop Davao para magsampa ng mga ka*o. Patunay na kapag sinisimulan, may mararating.

Let us always be hopeful and be faithful that the animal movement will not just remain in rescuing and rehabilitation, but must include the legal aspect of the animal welfare.
