Family Planning Organization of the Philippines Davao Chapter The Family Planning Organization of the Philippines, Inc.

(FPOP) is a non-stock, non-profit, volunteer organization that promotes quality of life by increasing awareness on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). Providing access to reproductive health care services to Filipinos especially the poor, marginalized, socially excluded and underserved. It operates by conducting information and education campaigns, delivering reproductive health care services, and advocating for reforms.

‎DAVAO CITY — The Family Planning Organization of the Philippines (FPOP) successfully conducted its RESPOND medical outreach in Barangay 5-A on Thursday, September 17, 2026, delivering vital reproductive health care and general medical checkups to hundreds of residents.

‎The initiative provided a comprehensive suite of free clinical services, including ultrasounds, visual inspection with acetic acid (VIA) cervical screenings, HIV testing, contraceptive implant insertions, and general adult and pediatric checkups.
‎
Alongside the medical services, FPOP's youth arm, Kabataang FPOP, led parallel educational sessions. Organizers conducted interactive discussions focused on modern family planning methods, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), and Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) to empower young residents with accurate information.

‎The one-day event is part of FPOP's ongoing commitment to localized healthcare delivery, ensuring that specialized medical resources reach grassroots communities.
