[𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓] We have received numerous inquiries regarding VRA Inc. membership in relation to the upcoming JC3 evaluation.

After carefully reviewing the enhanced JC3 guidelines, we would like to clarify that membership in a professional organization is creditable only if the organization has been in existence for at least ten (10) years. Since Visionary Research Association Inc. (VRA Inc.) was established on May 9, 2023, it does not yet meet this eligibility requirement.

We value your continued trust and support, and we believe that VRA Inc. will continue to grow and serve the academic and research community in the years ahead.

The National Research Conference on Gender and Development (GADCon 2026), PASUC-endorsed and organized by Visionary Research Association Inc. and Visionary Training Center, in partnership with the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines – Claveria, concluded on March 20, 2026 at the World Palace Hotel, Davao City.

Day 2 featured the continuation of paper presentations, where researchers shared their studies, innovations, and gender-responsive initiatives, fostering meaningful discussions and knowledge exchange.

The conference formally concluded through the Closing Program, highlighting acknowledgments and future directions, followed by the Visionary Excellence Award 2026, recognizing outstanding research contributions and exemplary works.
