To equip parents and caregivers of children with special needs the necessary skills for independence and integration; to develop their potentials to the maximum, through appropriate education based on relevant learning experiences

Parents will learn how to integrate ways of handling what they learn in everyday life; that these children will be treated like any other child so that the child's physical, psychological, emotional, intellectual, and social development is achieved to its fullest potential
