The Junior Philippine Society for Public Management - AdDU Chapter (JPSPM AdDU) is the Bachelor of Public Management's recognized academic organization. The organization, which was established in 2023, aims to make it easier for public management students to engage with, train, and develop holistically so they can become effective leaders and managers who are guided by the values of love, truth, j

ustice, competence, compassion, faith, equality, and peace. JPSPM AdDU thus aims to create an inclusive culture of quality and service. It will make an effort to offer strategies, initiatives, and team-ups that are advantageous to everyone, particularly the ordinary Filipinos who make up the majority. The organization shall embody an identity that is, at least in part, at the grassroots, in service of aiding to create a just and equitable society where no one is left behind.

BANTAYanihan: Youth Reclaiming Politics for Justice and the Common Good

In the wake of the corruption scandal that erupted last year, the call for vigilance, accountability, and principled leadership has never been more urgent. As a university community committed to forming men and women for others, we believe that young people must not only understand the realities of our national and local politics โ€” we must also respond.

The AdDU University Community Engagement and Advocacy Council (UCEAC) on behalf of the organizing group, invites all students to BANTAYanihan: Youth Reclaiming Politics for Justice and the Common Good โ€” a forum that seeks to deepen our political awareness and strengthen our commitment to ethical citizenship.

This conversation will focus on:
โ€ข The recent national corruption scandal
โ€ข Dynastic politics and its impact on governance
โ€ข Discerning what โ€œbetter politicsโ€ looks like for our country
โ€ข Concrete actions young citizens can take in response

More than a discussion, this is a space for reflection, discernment, and collective responsibility. In the spirit of participatory governance and Ignatian citizenship, we gather not as spectators, but as engaged citizens ready to help shape a more just and accountable society.
