In Cebuano, "Hibalag" is more than just a gatheringโ€”itโ€™s that special moment when paths cross, ideas connect, and separate efforts come together into one shared journey.

Today, the Rotaract Clubs of Davao Council are deeply honored to welcome our District Rotaract Representative, Christian Jade G. Azura (RI District 3860, RY 2026โ€“2027), along with our dedicated District Officers, for their official visit!

Hibalag is our time to pause, connect, and celebrate our collective work. As each club shares its milestones, challenges, and vision for the year, we get to learn from one another and find fresh inspiration to Create Lasting Impact in the communities we serve.

Welcome to Davao Council, DRR Jade and District Officers!
