Through the "𝓒𝓛𝓔𝓐𝓝 𝓓𝓡𝓔𝓐𝓜 𝓒𝓐𝓜𝓟𝓐𝓘𝓖𝓝: 𝓒𝓸𝓪𝓼𝓽𝓪𝓵 𝓒𝓵𝓮𝓪𝓷-𝓾𝓹", the YES-O Deputy Club and fellow organizations united in a collective effort to preserve and protect our coastal environment. Held at the Mangrove Rehabilitation Area, this initiative aimed to promote environmental awareness, proper waste management, and the protection of our coastal ecosystems.

This week, the YES-O Club launches the Clean and Green Look Out: Weekly Room Inspection Plan. 🌱 Every classroom will be checked to see if it is well-organized, neat, and truly ready to shine. ✨

“CASH FROM TRASH: Recycling Bins for All to Raise Funds”
(together with Science Club)

Do you wanna know what this is all about?
👉 This project aims to turn simple classroom paper waste into meaningful funds that will benefit our CLUB and our SCHOOL. 📚🌍

🔄 How it works:

1️⃣ Boxes with labels will be distributed in every classroom.
2️⃣ Place all your paper waste (modules, hard copies, etc.) into the labeled boxes.
3️⃣ Every two weeks (Friday, after class hours), our team will collect the boxes and prepare them for selling.

We, the YES-O Deputy Club Officers, encourage every classroom to participate. Together, let’s make small actions that create big changes—for the environment and for our school community.

Let’s turn TRASH into CASH!

YES-O Club and TLE Club teamed up for a clean-up drive, building our 𝐆𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐢𝐭 to keep our school cleaner, greener, and more sustainable!

•°"𝙕𝙀𝙍𝙊 𝙒𝘼𝙎𝙏𝙀, 𝙍𝙄𝘾𝙃 𝙎𝙊𝙄𝙇: 𝙔𝙚𝙨-𝙊 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙄𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚."•°
- This is the Yes-O Compost Initiative aims to reduce biodegradable waste by turning it into compost for the T.L.E. Garden or Gulayan. The project will promote zero-waste practices, enrich the soil, and grow healthier vegetables. To do this, Yes-O members will build a compost pit, collect food scraps and dried leaves, and maintain the compost until it is ready to use for the garden. This activity teaches students environmental responsibility, teamwork, and sustainability.

The “Pera para sa basura” project is for us to sell your used paper or plastic bottles like paper cups, scratch paper and more to help raise funds for our club.
