As we develop students in bringing out their leadership potential and instilling in their hearts the passion for service, student leaders served to be the voice on remaking students as leaders through school-based initiatives.

Qualifications are the following:
-He/She must be a bonafide student of Matina Biao National High School
-He/She must have a good academic standing without any failing grades in any quarter from previous grade level.
-He/She must be of good moral character.
-He/She must not have been subjected to any disciplinary sanctions.

The following positions are now open for candidacy:
PRESIDENT- One (1)
VICE-PRESIDENT- One (1)
SECRETARY- One (1) Incoming Grade 8, 9, 10, 11 or 12
TREASURER- One (1) Incoming Garde 8, 9, 10, 11 or 12
AUDITOR- One (1) Incoming Grade 8, 9, 10, 11 or 12
PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER- One (1) Incoming Grade 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12
PROTOCOL OFFICER- One (1) Incoming Grade 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12
GRADE LEVEL REPRESENTATIVE- Incoming 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12
