Hahaha. Kwento mo sa pagong. I kung meron kaminf ebidensya. Sasabihin nanamam hindi tunay. Loko loko.

Mayroon kaming tinatawag na TDAP, or Triskelion Development and Acceptance Process.

Walang instant Triskelion dito.

This is not about winning an argument.

This is about setting the record straight.

Walang instant Triskelion.
Walang “bayad ka lang, member ka na.”
May proseso. May screening.

Kailangan lamang itong patunayan.

TRILEG (Triskelion Law Enforcers Group) was officially founded in 2004.

Contrary to information circulating on social media identifying 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝘃𝗲𝘀 as the founder of TRILEG, it is important to clarify that while he was present during the early period, he was 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗮𝘄 𝗲𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 and therefore should not be identified as one of the founding members of the law-enforcement organization.

The organization was established through the initiative and participation of a core group of Triskelions serving in law enforcement:

- 𝗕𝗿𝗼. 𝗥𝗼𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗴𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 — PCCRUP / San Sebastian Colleges; key founding member.

- 𝗕𝗿𝗼. 𝗟𝗲𝗼 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗮 — PCCR; proposed the name “𝗟𝗘𝗢,” derived from his given name and representing Law Enforcement Organization.

- 𝗕𝗿𝗼. 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗲𝘇 — PCCR; established “𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱,” representing frontliners and guardians.

- 𝗕𝗿𝗼. 𝗚𝗶𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁 “𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗴” 𝗗𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗼 — PCCR; proposed the name “𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗚,” which was adopted as the official designation for members serving in law enforcement.

𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗚 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆: Vilma Cortina — PCCR

This clarification is intended to preserve the historical account of TRILEG’s establishment and properly recognize the individuals who contributed to its formation.

WHY WE STAND WITH TGP NEC

Our Constitution. Our Institutions. Our Kapatiran.

There has been a lot of discussion about the TGP Global Constitution.

We believe it is important that our fellow members understand why the TGP NEC takes a different position.

Our stand is not based on personalities.

It is not about attacking anyone.

And it is not because we are afraid of change.

We simply believe that any change affecting the entire Kapatiran must be done through the proper constitutional process and with the genuine participation of the members.

⚖️ WE ALREADY HAVE A CONSTITUTIONAL FOUNDATION

The National Constitution 2000 and Local Council Code 2002 already provide an established constitutional framework for our organization. These were ratified and agreed upon through the participation of our delegates.

So our question is simple:

Why replace an existing constitutional foundation when we can study it, strengthen it, amend what needs to be amended, and improve its implementation?

Change does not automatically mean replacement.

Sometimes, the better solution is to strengthen what we already have.

🗣️ CONSULTATION MATTERS

A Constitution is not an ordinary policy or administrative memorandum.

It defines the structure, authority, responsibilities, rights, and direction of the organization.

Therefore, the members must have a meaningful opportunity to participate in its development.

READ. DISCUSS. QUESTION. PROPOSE. AMEND. AGREE.

We believe the voice of the Kapatiran must be heard before a constitutional framework becomes binding upon everyone.

🏛️ OUR EXISTING INSTITUTIONS MATTER

Our chapters and councils have existed, developed, and served their communities for many years.

They are not simply administrative structures.

They are where the Kapatiran lives.

We believe a national framework should strengthen our existing institutions—not create unnecessary conflict with structures that have already been established and recognized.

Unity should strengthen our institutions, not erase them.

🇵🇭 TGP MUST REMAIN ABOVE POLITICS

Our members, as individual citizens, have the right to their own political beliefs and choices.

But the Kapatiran as an institution should remain non-partisan.

We do not want the name, strength, membership, or influence of Tau Gamma Phi to become a political instrument.

Our strength should remain with:

BROTHERHOOD.
SISTERHOOD.
SERVICE.
DISCIPLINE.
COMMUNITY.
LEADERSHIP.

💰 MEMBERSHIP SHOULD REMAIN INCLUSIVE

The strength of Tau Gamma Phi has never been determined by how much money a member can contribute.

Our members come from different economic backgrounds.

Some have more.

Some have less.

But everyone is part of the same Kapatiran.

We therefore believe that any financial requirement must be carefully considered so that it does not create unnecessary barriers to membership and participation.

Our Kapatiran is built on commitment—not financial capacity.

🤝 TAU GAMMA PHI AND TAU GAMMA SIGMA

We also believe that any modern constitutional framework must recognize the reality that Tau Gamma Phi and Tau Gamma Sigma have grown together throughout the years.

Our brothers and sisters have worked side by side in countless chapters, councils, communities, and service projects.

Their contributions cannot simply be treated as secondary.

Our Kapatiran is stronger when both are recognized, respected, and included.

🌱 WE ARE A GRASSROOTS KAPATIRAN

Tau Gamma Phi is no longer confined to the university environment.

Our chapters and councils have become part of their communities.

From mass feeding, blood-letting, medical missions, disaster response, outreach programs, and community development, our members continue to demonstrate what it means to serve.

This grassroots character is one of our greatest strengths.

We should build upon it—not lose it.

⸻

SO, WHY DO WE STAND WITH TGP NEC?

Because we believe:

We don’t need to destroy what has already been built in order to build something better.

We can improve without replacing.

We can reform without taking away institutional autonomy.

We can unite without unnecessary centralization.

We can modernize without abandoning our history.

And most importantly—

We can move forward without forgetting where we came from.

Our position is therefore not simply:

“NO TO CHANGE.”

It is:

“YES TO RESPONSIBLE, TRANSPARENT AND MEMBER-DRIVEN CHANGE.”

And regarding the proposed TGP Global Constitution:

NO TO TGP GLOBAL AS PRESENTED.

Not because we are against our fellow Triskelions.

Not because we reject unity.

But because we believe our Kapatiran deserves a constitutional process that is transparent, participatory, legitimate, and respectful of the institutions and constitutional foundations already established.

LET THE MEMBERS BE HEARD.

LET THE CONSTITUTION BE RESPECTED.

LET OUR EXISTING INSTITUTIONS BE STRENGTHENED.

LET THE KAPATIRAN DECIDE.

ONE KAPATIRAN.

ONE PURPOSE.

STRONGER EXISTING INSTITUTIONS.

A FUTURE BUILT TOGETHER.

COL. ERROL GARCHITORENA, JR.

There is no limit to what we can achieve if we put our minds, heart, and determination into it.

Behind every success is a story of struggle, pain, sacrifice, and perseverance.

Col. Errol Garchitorena, Jr. experienced a difficult childhood. His mother passed away when he was in Grade 3, and four years later, his father remarried. His relationship with his father eventually became strained. When he reached college, Errol left home and stayed with classmates. But life became difficult, forcing him to stop his studies and work as a Jollibee crew member.

One day, his father and his new family entered the store, and Errol was the one who had to serve them. It was a painful experience that deepened the wounds he was carrying.

Then came a blessing in the form of a kindhearted priest, Father Rex, who took him in and encouraged him to believe in himself and dream again.

With Father Rex's encouragement, Errol returned to school using his own savings. He eventually earned his degree in Political Science from Ateneo de Naga University and pursued his dream of serving the country through the Philippine National Police Academy.

Through determination, discipline, and hard work, he rose through the ranks and became Col. Errol Garchitorena, Jr., serving in various leadership positions in the Philippine National Police.

He became a former Provincial Chief of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) in Camarines Sur and Sorsogon and also served as a Chief Information Officer and PNP spokesperson in Camarines Sur. He was recognized as an Outstanding Chief of Police in Region 7.

Under his leadership, numerous cases involving illegal drugs and other serious crimes were pursued and resolved. He worked against criminals, drug traffickers, human traffickers, and other threats to public safety.

More than his position and accomplishments, his story reminds us that where you came from does not have to determine where you will end up.

The boy who once struggled to find his place in life became an officer who chose to serve others.

From pain came strength.
From hardship came determination.
From being lost came purpose.
And from a difficult beginning came a life dedicated to service.

Never underestimate a person who refuses to give up on his dream.

Col. Errol Garchitorena, Jr.
A story of resilience, redemption, and service.
