The District Team Learning Seminar serves as a vital platform in strengthening Rotary leadership and advancing the shared commitment to โService Above Self.โ It brings together district leaders and club officers to deepen their understanding of their roles in driving effective and impactful club operations.This session emphasized key areas of Rotary service and governance, including the Presidential Message and Club Excellence Award, which guide clubs in achieving high standards of performance and alignment with Rotaryโs vision. It also highlighted the strategic roadmaps of the District Rotary Foundation Committee, Membership Committee, Public Image Committee, Community Service Committee, and Administrative Concernsโeach playing a crucial role in sustaining and growing Rotaryโs impact in communities.Through structured learning and collaborative discussions, participants are equipped with the knowledge and direction needed to strengthen their clubs, enhance engagement, and expand service initiatives.
