The Rotary Club of East Davao immensely celebrates another milestone of its 62nd Handover and Induction of Officers Ceremonies, held on July 29, 2026,
at Fred’s Buffet, Mc Arthur Highway, Matina, Davao City
The evening marked the formal turnover of the leadership as the history of club youngest incoming President Armando “ Mand” Mortejo officially assumed office after being charged by Past District Governor Rodel Riezl S. Reyes and inducted by district Governor Arlene Adlawan.
The club also expressed its heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to Outgoing President Jet Villamor and BOD for leadership and dedicated service throughout a successful Rotary Year.
A warm RCED extends its sincere gratitude to all from area 2ABC and district 3860 officers Presidents and Secretaries, Guests and Sponsors who extended and attended to witnessed this memorable occasion. The presence of our RCED scholars graduated Cum Laude is a living testament how we change the lives of these people and the rest of scholars.
Your presence, kindness, camaraderie and support made the celebration even more memorable, remarkable and meaningful night, Immensely thanks are extended to our distinguished rotarian leaders of 3860 Past District Governor Bading Angala, Past District Governor Art Tan, Past Assistant Governor May Divino and Jaja Valderosa, Assistant Governor Villa Marcedes Silva and Sylvia Austria and district officers. Your presence honored the great occasion and strengthened leadership and the spirit of rotary fellowship.
As our club embarks on another year of service under its new leadership, may it continue to embody Rotary’s ideals of Service Above Self.
