As the Academic Year 2026-2027 officially begins, SAMAHAN’s Commission on Student Rights and Welfare is proud to welcome its newly appointed officers and cluster heads.

Together, we continue to venture into the bounds of what it means to be an Atenean, to strive and be persons for and with others. Through advocacy and immediacy, we make the students’ rights and welfare the number one priority!

The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) strictly reminds all students that, as stipulated in the Student Handbook, the possession of deadly weapons within the Ateneo de Davao University campus is strictly prohibited.

To ensure clarity, this includes, but is not limited to:

1. Fi****ms (including replicas, toy guns, and airsoft)
2. Bladed or pointed objects (e.g., pocket knives, ice picks)
3. Any other instrument explicitly intended to be used to inflict harm

This policy is implemented to maintain a safe, secure, and peaceful learning environment for the entire academic community.

Let us all work together to promote safety, responsibility, and respect within our campus.
