In line with E.O. No. 70 NTF-ELCAC, R-PSB Cluster 13 personnel led by PCAPT Rechard T Baldos conducted foot patrolling and police visibility together with our Barangay Tanod at Sitio Center, Purok Kasuy, Barangay Tamugan, Marilog District, Davao City. This proactive effort strengthens area security, fosters close coordination, and serves as a deterrent against lawless elements and the resurgence of CTGs — all while winning the hearts and minds of the community.

The team also held random dialogues and distributed IEC materials on Anti-Theft Tips, the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030, and the YAKAP Program. These activities aim to raise public awareness, promote vigilance, and encourage active community participation in maintaining peace and order.

Moreover, a meaningful dialogue was initiated with Mrs. Andrica L. Buhawe, school guard of Tamugan National High School under the Civil Security Unit. The discussion focused on her vital role in ensuring the safety and security of the school premises — highlighting the importance of collaboration between the police force and school personnel in safeguarding our youth.

In line with E.O. No. 70 NTF-ELCAC, R-PSB personnel under Cluster 13 led by PCAPT Rechard T Baldos conducted a series of proactive peace and security initiatives in Barangay Tamugan, Marilog District, Davao City.

A dialogue was held with Mr. Domieboy Gahoc, Sitio Leader of Sitio Acacia, to discuss the current peace and order situation. He was reminded to stay vigilant and immediately report any CTG movements, criminal activities, or other illegal acts to the nearest police station or the R-PSB Team.

The team also met with Mr. Noli Itdang, Chief Tanod of Brgy. Tamugan, regarding the Defense Security Plan and the peace and order situation in the area. This strengthened coordination between the R-PSB Team and Barangay Peace Keepers, reinforcing the Barangay Peace Keeping Institution (BPKI).

Moreover, random dialogues were initiated in Sitio Pagan, where IEC materials on Illegal Gambling, the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030, and the YAKAP Program were distributed. These efforts aim to educate residents, promote vigilance, deter criminal activities, and encourage active community participation in maintaining peace and order.

In line with E.O. No. 70 NTF-ELCAC, R-PSB Cluster 13 personnel led by PCAPT Rechard T Baldos continue to strengthen ties with our community in Barangay Salaysay, Marilog District, Davao City.

The team initiated a dialogue with Punong Barangay Mr. Roberto Itdang at Purok Kalinaw, focusing on upcoming barangay activities, community concerns, and areas where the R-PSB can extend support. This collaboration highlights our commitment to peace and order programs and community development initiatives.

Police visibility through foot patrols was also conducted in Purok Kalinaw as a proactive measure to deter crime, ensure public safety, and maintain peace and order. A consistent police presence builds confidence and strengthens the community’s sense of security.

Likewise, the team engaged in a dialogue with Chief Tanod Mr. Alex Galicto regarding the Defense Security Plan and the current peace and order situation. This effort reinforces coordination with Barangay Peace Keepers and strengthens the Barangay Peace Keeping Institution (BPKI).

In line with E.O. No. 70 NTF-ELCAC, R-PSB personnel under Cluster 13 led by PCAPT Rechard T Baldos conducted foot patrols in Lower A, Brgy. Tamugan, Marilog District, Davao City. This proactive initiative strengthens public safety, deters criminal activity, and builds community confidence through a consistent police presence.

The team also held random dialogues and distributed IEC materials on illegal gambling, the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030, and the YAKAP Program to raise awareness, promote vigilance, and encourage active community participation in maintaining peace and order.

Coordination and dialogue were likewise conducted with Ms. Nikki Jane C. Pantinople, RSW, from City Link, DSWD Davao, to discuss updates, upcoming projects, and future programs for Brgy. Tamugan. This partnership ensures the delivery of essential government services and strengthens collaboration with partner agencies for the welfare of the community.

The team also met with Punong Barangay Ronilo B. Celez at Lower B, Brgy. Tamugan, to discuss electrification updates in Sitio Sualon, upcoming barangay activities, and community concerns. R-PSB expressed full support in peace and order programs and community development initiatives, reinforcing strong coordination with local leaders for the safety and progress of the barangay.

In line with E.O. No. 70 NTF-ELCAC, R-PSB personnel under Cluster 13 led by PCAPT Rechard T. Baldos carried out school visitation and police visibility at Tamugan Elementary School, Lower A, Barangay Tamugan, Marilog District, Davao City.

During the opening of classes and the immediate evacuation following the earthquake, our personnel assisted in maintaining peace and order while guiding teachers and students to their designated safe areas. Their timely presence ensured a calm, organized, and safe evacuation — prioritizing the welfare and security of everyone within the school premises.

The team also initiated a dialogue with Mr. Domieboy Gahuc, Sitio Leader of Sitio Acacia and Team Leader of the Barangay Tamugan Disaster Response Team. Discussions focused on the welfare of the children and the structural integrity of the school buildings after the earthquake.

Based on the assessment, no casualties, injuries, or fatalities were reported. However, it was recommended that the school facilities undergo a thorough inspection by qualified professionals to ensure safety and structural soundness.

Kudos to our officers, school staff, and community partners for working hand-in-hand to safeguard lives and strengthen resilience in Tamugan!

Baldos conducted a lecture and symposium on the Anti-Terrorism Act and RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) during the Katipunan ng Kabataan Assembly 2026 at Barangay Tamugan, Marilog District, Davao City. This initiative aims to raise awareness, promote legal literacy, and empower our youth and SK Council in building a safe, peaceful, and healthy community.

The team also visited the waiting shed project (QIP) for the MAFATODA People’s Organization in Crossing Titogop, Brgy. Malamba. The inspection ensured its durability and sustainability, benefiting students and commuters who rely on this facility.

Likewise, police visibility through foot patrols was conducted in Purok 2b, Brgy. Malamba as a proactive measure to deter crime, discourage lawless elements, and strengthen community security. This consistent presence reassures residents and promotes peace and order in the area.

This proactive initiative aims to prevent criminal activity, ensure public safety, and maintain peace and order by deterring threats, discouraging lawless elements, and strengthening the community’s sense of security through a consistent police presence.

The team also engaged residents through random dialogues and distributed IEC materials on illegal gambling, the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030, and the YAKAP Program. These efforts promote vigilance, raise public awareness, and encourage active community participation in maintaining peace and order.

In addition, a security survey was conducted at a local sari-sari store. The team advised the owner to:

Display visible emergency hotline numbers

Stay alert and report suspicious activities immediately

Avoid selling liquor and ci******es to minors, as prohibited by law, to prevent fines and penalties

In line with E.O. No. 70 NTF-ELCAC, R-PSB Cluster 13 personnel led by PCAPT Rechard T Baldos coordinated with Barangay Kagawad Reynaldo Sicao, Committee on Peace and Order of Brgy. Salaysay, to discuss the current peace and order situation and their Defense Security Plan. This initiative highlights strong cooperation and effective coordination between the R-PSB Team and the barangay in fostering a security-conscious community.

The team also conducted Area Security and Police Visibility during the Breakthrough Program Flow of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program at the Barangay Gym, Brgy. Salaysay. This proactive measure ensured public safety, deterred potential threats, and strengthened the community’s sense of security through consistent police presence.

R-PSB Cluster 13, together with different government agencies, also participated in the awarding of certificates during the event, showing support for the DSWD Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program.

In addition, the team initiated a dialogue with Ms. Sheree Cien Eguia, teacher of Salaysay Elementary School, during Brigada Eskwela 2026 at Purok Kasanag, Brgy. Salaysay. Discussions focused on the peace and order situation around the school, collaboration between law enforcement and educators, and upcoming school activities where the R-PSB team will take part. This effort aims to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for students and staff.
