In line with E.O. No. 70 NTF-ELCAC, R‑PSB Cluster 13 personnel led by PSMS Erwin A Villota, together with Mr. Richard Pandia — a trusted community partner from Sitio Pegalongan — donated and turned over two (2) sets of solar lights as part of a Quick Impact Project (QIP) for Sitio Pegalongan. The turnover was held at Purok 1, Barangay Malamba, Marilog District, Davao City. These units will soon be installed to provide lighting support, enhance safety, and benefit the local community.

The team also held a Pulong‑Pulong with children at Purok 2B, Barangay Malamba. The activity reminded them to avoid playing in rivers and other hazardous areas, taught them their roles and responsibilities as young members of the community, and emphasized the importance of observing curfew hours for their safety and well‑being.

In addition, random dialogues were initiated and IEC materials on RA No. 8353 (Anti‑Rape Law of 1997), as amended by RA 11648, were distributed. This effort aimed to raise legal awareness, promote vigilance, and encourage active community participation in maintaining peace and order.

In line with E.O. No. 70 NTF-ELCAC, R‑PSB personnel under Cluster 13 led by PSMS Erwin A Villota provided area security and police visibility during the Community Outreach Activity at Sitio Pangyan, Barangay Tamugan, Marilog District, Davao City. This effort ensured the safety of attendees and helped maintain peace and order throughout the program.

Together with the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) and partner agencies, the team conducted a Community Outreach and Food Feeding Activity to extend assistance, foster goodwill, and strengthen trust between the police and the local community.

The team also initiated random dialogues and distributed IEC materials on RA No. 8353 (Anti-Rape Law of 1997), RA 11648, the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030 Mission & Vision, and the YAKAP Program. These efforts aim to raise public awareness, promote vigilance, and encourage active community participation in maintaining peace and order.

In partnership with NCIP Region XI Davao City Provincial Office, represented by Tabang Eskwela Focal Person Liza Marie Castillo – TAA II, Arlene S. Soriano, MPA – CAO III, and Djoanna Lyne S. Demonteverde, MPA – Provincial Officer, R‑PSB Cluster 13 distributed pairs of slippers and backpacks to children. This initiative provided essential school supplies and proper footwear, showing care and support for their daily needs.

In line with E.O. No. 70 NTF‑ELCAC, R‑PSB Cluster 13 personnel led by PSMS Erwin A. Villota, in coordination with PS‑12 Marilog under PCPT Jefferson G. Escasinas, conducted a meeting with the School Council and a dialogue with students at Lower Tamugan National High School. The initiative addressed the alleged shooting threat received by the school, shared vital safety protocols, and educated the school community on proper measures to ensure their security and well‑being.

The team also attended the Barangay Session of Barangay Tamugan, presided over by Hon. Ronilo B. Celez and the Barangay Council. Discussions focused on the activation of BTF‑ELCAC, upcoming August activities, and strict peace and order enforcement, especially in school areas.

R‑PSB Cluster 13 together with Sitio Leader Mr. Domieboy Gahuc of Sitio Acacia provided immediate first aid to a woman injured in a motorcycle accident at Lower A, Barangay Tamugan. She sustained abrasions after being thrown from her motorcycle. Quick action ensured urgent medical assistance and the victim’s safety.

Police visibility and area security were also provided during the 74th Araw ng Malamba celebration at Purok 2B, Barangay Malamba. The presence of R‑PSB personnel helped ensure the safety of attendees and maintain peace and order throughout the event.

A request letter was submitted to the Davao City Veterinary Office on behalf of a People’s Organization for their request for livestock, particularly chickens, which will serve as an additional source of income for their association.

Random dialogues were initiated and IEC materials on Illegal Gambling were distributed in Lower B, Barangay Tamugan. This activity aimed to raise public awareness, encourage vigilance, and help deter criminal activities through active community participation.

A visitation and inspection of the Quick Impact Project (QIP) Tire Path at Sitio Sualon, Barangay Tamugan was also conducted. The initiative assessed the project’s condition, sustainability, and other needs to ensure its continued benefit to the community.

Together, these efforts highlight the R-PSB’s commitment to proactive measures that uplift communities, promote safety, and foster lasting development.

A dialogue was initiated with Barangay Secretary Mae C. Esteva at Lower B to build a strong working relationship and gather information on upcoming activities where R-PSB personnel may extend support and assistance.

The team also conducted random dialogues and distributed IEC materials on illegal gambling, aiming to educate residents on preventive measures, promote vigilance, and encourage active participation in maintaining peace and order.

In addition, the team shared blessings by donating a food pack to Mrs. Bernadette Trejera, extending assistance to a less fortunate individual in the area. This act of kindness reflects the R-PSB’s commitment to empowering communities and fostering stronger bonds with the people they serve.

During the visit, coconut seedlings were inspected, which will soon be sold to generate additional income for the association. The discussion also covered the current status of the organization, ongoing projects, and initiatives to ensure its sustainability and functionality. This activity forms part of the continuous monitoring and strengthening efforts for people’s associations within the AOR, aiming to assess program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide support to empower community‑based organizations.

Alongside this, R‑PSB personnel initiated random dialogues and distributed IEC materials on illegal gambling in Lower B, Barangay Tamugan, Marilog District, Davao City. The activity sought to educate residents on preventive measures, promote vigilance, and encourage active community participation in maintaining peace and order.

A good deed was also carried out by donating a food pack to Mr. Benjamin Gerra of Upper Tamugan, Barangay Tamugan. This initiative reflects the commitment to share blessings, extend assistance to less fortunate individuals, and strengthen the bond between R‑PSB personnel and the community.

The team also held random dialogues and distributed IEC materials on Anti‑Illegal Gambling, encouraging residents to stay vigilant and actively support crime prevention for a safer community.

As part of their good deeds, the team donated one (1) sack of cement to MAFATODA, a people’s organization under the cluster, at Sitio Titogop, Purok 10, Barangay Malamba. The donation will reinforce the foundation of the Quick Impact Project (QIP) waiting shed, ensuring its stability and improving its appearance — a gesture that further strengthens partnership and community relations.

In line with E.O. No. 70 NTF-ELCAC, R‑PSB personnel under Cluster 13 led by PSMS Erwin A Villota conducted Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) at Center Tamugan, Barangay Tamugan, Marilog District, Davao City.

Discussions focused on key reminders: avoiding involvement in illegal drugs, observing proper attire (Tamang Bihis), maintaining police visibility, strengthening police‑community relations, and intensifying the Anti‑Terrorism campaign.
Personnel were also reminded of the Do’s and Don’ts while on duty to ensure they perform their tasks effectively and responsibly.

The team likewise assisted in security and traffic management in coordination with Barangay Tanod Chief Noli Itdang at Purok Lower A, Barangay Tamugan. This effort ensured the safety of pedestrians—especially students—while crossing streets, and helped guide vehicles to prevent congestion and accidents.

A community visitation and dialogue was also conducted at Sitio Crossing Titugop, Barangay Malamba, with Rhoy Banguna, President of the Malamba Farmers and Tricycle Operator Drivers Association (MAFATODA). The discussion tackled updates on the organization’s current situation, progress, challenges, and needs. This initiative forms part of the continuous monitoring and capacity‑building efforts for People’s Organizations, aimed at sustaining growth and long‑term development.
