In line with Executive Order No. 70 (NTF‑ELCAC), the Revitalized‑Pulis Sa Barangay (R‑PSB) Cluster 8, led by PSMS Erwin A Villota, continues to strengthen community ties in Barangay Malamba, Marilog District, Davao City.

A good deed was initiated through the donation of assorted food packs with Mr. Jose Omatal at Sitio Tagaytay. This simple act of kindness aims to share blessings, extend assistance to a less fortunate individual, and foster stronger relationships between R‑PSB personnel and the community.

The team also conducted a visitation with Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) to discuss current health issues, healthcare needs, and services required in each purok and sitio. Plans for delivering additional health‑related services to remote areas were also tackled, ensuring that residents receive proper support with the assistance of the R‑PSB team.

To further promote peace and order, an Anti‑Bullying Symposium was held. This initiative sought to instill respect, moral awareness, and proper values among students, cultivating a safe and supportive environment for learning and growth.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 (NTF-ELCAC), the Revitalized-Pulis Sa Barangay (R-PSB) personnel under Cluster 8, led by PSMS Erwin A Villota, conducted a barangay visitation and dialogue with local functionaries at Lower B, Barangay Tamugan, Marilog District, Davao City. This initiative strengthens coordination and partnership with our barangay officials.

The team also distributed Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials on:

A Pulong-Pulong was also held with residents of Center Tamugan. Discussions focused on RA 8353 (Anti-Rape Law of 1997), highlighting legal awareness, respect for others, and the importance of preventing sexual abuse. The team also gathered information on the possible presence of lawless elements, Communist Terrorist Groups (CTGs), and other threats. He was advised to remain vigilant and immediately report suspicious activities or sightings to the authorities to ensure community safety.

Barangay Dialogue (Lower B): R-PSB personnel met with Punong Barangay Ronilo Celez to discuss updates on the electrification project at Sitio Sualon, upcoming barangay activities, and key community concerns. The team reaffirmed its commitment to supporting local peace initiatives and community progress.

IEC Material Distribution (Sitio Acacia): The team distributed educational materials covering critical safety and legal awareness topics, including:

The outreach focused on essential safety reminders for the youth:

•Water & Area Safety: Staying away from rivers and other hazardous locations.

•Community Roles: Understanding their duties and responsibilities as young citizens.

•Curfew Compliance: Respecting curfew hours to ensure their ongoing protection and well-being.

Distributed IEC materials on the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E‑CLIP), Iwas Akyat‑Bahay Safety Tips, DCPO & TF Davao Hotline numbers, and laws including RA 8353 (Anti‑Rape Law of 1997) and RA 11648. This effort aims to raise public awareness, promote vigilance, and encourage active community participation.

Conducted monitoring of the Farmer’s Association of Cassava in Tamugan (FACT) at Sitio Center to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the organization.

Visited and monitored the Completed Barangay Development Project (BDP) at Tamugan National High School, Sitio San Roque. The team assessed the project’s current condition and layout to ensure alignment with intended plans and identify areas for improvement.
