Good day Vistal Clan!
The following were discussed during Gen. Santos Chapter Meeting;
1. Reunion Date: April 25-26, 2026; Venue: General Santos City
2. Gensan Chapter manpower strength/force. As of meeting date, only Agaw Joyce family, isgoon ug mga pag-umangkon ra gyud ang mo asikaso sa preparation sa Reunion. We encourage all Chapter officers to help, assist or entertain sa mga mag attend.
3. Reunion Budget. Clan President Boboy Vistal Frejoles suggested that each chapter contribution amounting to Five thousand (5,000) pesos will be send to Gensan Chapter on 1st week of April 2026. Gensan Chapter also suggested getting estimated Chapter attendees for budgeting purposes.
4. Venue. It was decided that the venue will be held on a Barangay Gym for economic purposes. Although some of attendees can afford to pay Hotel/Inn or resort room, but let us consider also the reality that the majority cannot. This also to encourage more our relatives to attend. Anyway the purpose of reunion is to commune and be with our relatives once a year.
5. Reunion Decorum. Gensan Chapter are mostly Seventh Day Adventist, let us respect their customs and beliefs. Absolutely no PORK during reunion. No liquor during the program proper.
6. T-Shirt. Gensan Chapter is incharged of T-Shirt printing. We encourage Clan Chapter officers to get T-Shirt orders and sizes.
