In celebration of the Valentine's day, last February 12, 2026, Mapúa Malayan Colleges Mindanao was honored to be invited by United Davao Specialists Hospital and Medical Center, Inc. (UNIDAV) to take part in this meaningful cause. ❤️ Share the Love, Save a Life: Amore Fiesta Blood Letting❤️

In Spirit of Amore Fiesta this coming Valentine’s Day, let your love flow where it truly matters—by giving the gift of life. One blood donation can make a world of difference for accident victims, patients undergoing surgery, and those fighting serious illnesses.

Be part of the Amore Fiesta Blood Letting Activity on February 12, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 NN at The Lobby, UniDav Hospital
Km. 4 Gen. Douglas MacArthur Highway, Brgy. Ma-a, Talomo, Davao City (In front of DCWSD Matina Office). Organized by the United Davao Specialist Hospital and Medical Center, Inc., this meaningful event turns compassion into real action.

Your simple act of donating blood can make a life-changing difference. Let us come together as a community and be the reason someone gets a second chance at life.

Who can donate?
✔️ Ages 16–65 (parental consent is required for 16-17 Y/O)
✔️ At least 51 kg (112 lbs)
✔️ Normal blood pressure and body temperature
✔️ Well-rested and feeling healthy
✔️ No alcohol or prohibited drugs 12 hours before donation

Faculty members, staff, students, and students’ relatives are welcome! Walk-ins are accepted, but pre-registration is encouraged. Don’t forget your valid ID.

ANNOUNCEMENT | Please be informed that all classes across all levels will shift to asynchronous learning from February 5 to 6, 2026, following the city-wide announcement and the raising of Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1.

No synchronous or on-site sessions will occur at the satellite campus.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT | Progress Updates on the Endorsement of OCBO Requirements & Tentative Date of Renovation Completion
TO: The Mapúa MCM Community

Greetings to the Mapúa MCM Community!

We would like to give current updates regarding progress on the building’s renovation and the return to face-to-face.

As of January 16, 2026, the Structural Condition Assessment Report of the Mapúa MCM Administration and Academic Buildings together with the proposed Structural Repair and Strengthening Methodology was completed and submitted to the Office of the City Building Official (OCBO). Currently, the institution with its third-party consultant (AC Pama Engineering Consultancy) is completing the Structural Analysis that will be derived from the submitted reports and is committed to submitting it before February 15, 2026, to OCBO.

Once we receive the necessary permit and approval from OCBO, the repairs, renovations, and retrofitting of the buildings are expected to be completed by May 31, 2026.

We thank you for your patience, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and anxiety that this has caused everyone. Rest assured, the institution is committed to taking the necessary steps towards ensuring that the campus you all return to is not only repaired but strengthened and improved.
