To everyone who supported our cause, look at the tangible, breathing proof of your kindness.

Your support will help save an infant diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot. The surgical team will perform the Blalock-Thomas-Tausig Shunt (BTS) procedure tomorrow, using the vascular graft you helped provide.

A massive thank you to all the participants, and riding clubs who joined us for our 1st Hands-Only CPR training. We hope we never have to use these skills, but today we ensured that if the worst happens, we’re ready.

Instead of just chasing miles, we spent this 20th edition of the International Female Ride Day leveling up our skills. Proud to have completed Basic Life Support (BLS) training today! Because being a "Life Saver on Two Wheels" is the best accessory a rider can have

Hopefully, we’ll never have to use it, but we’re ready if we do!

Thank you Werom and Fazzio Dabawenya for joining us.

Massive thanks to everyone who showed up for our very first Hands-Only CPR session today! In our world, help can be far away—but today, 118 riders and participants in Davao became the first line of defense for their brothers and sisters on the road. Proud of this community for stepping up!

Thank you Philippine Heart Association-South Mindanao Chapter.
