In celebration of the Task Force Davao 10th Kulturavan Sama Cultural Community, a Medical, Dental, and Optical Mission was conducted on September 26, 2026, at the University of Mindanao – Ilang Campus in Bunawan, Davao City, carrying the theme “Habi ng Kultura, Tibay ng Pagkakaisa.”
The activity brought together healthcare professionals, volunteers, and members of the community in a shared effort to provide accessible healthcare services to individuals and families, particularly members of the Muslim community and the 11 tribes of Davao City (Ata, Bagobo-Klata, Bagobo-Tagabawa, Iranun, Kagan, Maguindanaon, Maranao, Matigsalog, Obu-Manuvu, Sama, Tausug).
The event reflected the true meaning of its theme. Like threads woven together to create a stronger fabric, people from different backgrounds came together with one purpose—to serve, care, and uplift the community. Culture became a bridge, while service became a language that brought people together.
Habi ng Kultura, Tibay ng Pagkakaisa—woven together by culture, strengthened by unity, and made meaningful through service.
