Topics discussed included the validation of VFP membership, REPSA’s-TVP’s accreditation with Brgy Mintal, Davao City, and planned activities for the coming month of December 2026. All other agenda items were in routine matters.

Key topics discussed included the validation and renewal of VFP membership for members aged 64 years old and below. All other agenda items were routine matters, subject to compliance and required submission.

The VFP District meeting is presided by the District President and attended by the Post Officers of Calinan/Marilog, Tugbok, Toril and Lubogan of the 3rd DC Veterans Organization held at Veterans Satelite Office, Rasay St., Toril, Davao City. The meeting included a debriefing and discussions regarding the recently concluded "Araw ng Kagitingan" and Philippine Veterans Week celebrations.
