We are now accepting patients for FREE cleft surgeries in Mindanao 💙

If your child is 10 months old and above and has cleft lip, cleft palate, or related condition, we may be able to help.

📌 Surgeries Offered:
✔ Cleft Lip
✔ Cleft Palate
✔ Bone Graft (gums area)
✔ Nose Repair (16+)
✔ Lip Revision

🎁 FREE Inclusions:
• Stay at the Foundation (for patients outside Davao)
• Meals during treatment

📍 Surgery Schedule: Every Friday – San Pedro Hospital

📋 Requirements:
Active PhilHealth (parents), PWD ID, Barangay Certificate, and patient must be healthy (no cough, no fever)
