📢 IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR ALL OATH TAKERS! 🇵🇭👷👷‍♀️

The big day is almost here! As we prepare for the NAMPAP Davao Chapter Master Plumbers Oath Taking Ceremony, please take a moment to review these important reminders.

📌 1. REGISTER VIA LERIS
Secure your slot through LERIS and PRINT YOUR OATH FORM. Bring the printed form on September 19 and submit it to the PRC staff on site.
⚠️ This will serve as your attendance to the oath taking. Please do not forget it!

📝 2. REGISTER VIA GOOGLE FORM
Kindly complete our Google Form so we can finalize the number of participants. If you have additional guests/escorts, please send a message to Nampap Headquarters.

🍽️ 3. SETTLE YOUR BALANCES
For those with remaining balances, please come early to settle your payment and avoid delays in the program.
⏰ Registration Table opens at 12:30 PM.

📸 4. CLAIM YOUR TWO (2) PRINTED PHOTOS
Two (2) printed photos are already included in your payment! Choose your photos and claim them during the break at the merch table. Don’t forget to present your photo stubs.

✨ Please come prepared, follow the registration flow, and help us make the ceremony smooth and organized for everyone.

Face-to-Face Oathtaking of the New Master Plumbers

The face-to-face mass oathtaking of the new Master Plumbers will be held on September 19, 2026, at 2:00 P.M., at the Grand Menseng Hotel, Davao

All successful examinees interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at https://online.prc.gov.ph/ to confirm their attendance.

Inductees are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as “attended”.

Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Online Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.

After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph.
