Because every child deserves a bright start to the school year.

Last May 17, 2026, JCI Davaoeña Daba-Daba brought Share a Joy Year 12: Da-Byaheng Eskwela to Buhisan Elementary School, Tibungco, providing school supplies and essential learning materials to students as they prepared for the new academic year.

More than distributing school essentials, this initiative was about sharing hope, inspiring dreams, and reminding every child that their community believes in their future.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our generous donors, partners, and volunteers for making this project possible. We also extend our sincere appreciation to Barangay Tibungco, under the leadership of Barangay Captain Merjade Buddy Deles Calvo, for the invaluable support and partnership that helped make this initiative a success. ❤

Together, we continue to keep the flame of service burning and create positive change—one student, one smile, and one act of kindness at a time. 🔥

Last May 2–3, 2026, JCI Davaoeña Daba-Daba proudly participated in the 2nd Area V – Mindanao Area Council Meeting in the City of Mati, Davao Oriental.

Together with fellow JCI leaders from across Mindanao, we strengthened partnerships, exchanged ideas, and reaffirmed our shared commitment to developing leaders and creating positive change in our communities.

Here's to carrying the Daba flame wherever leadership calls. 🔥

Our 2026 Local Organization President, Angela Bea De Luna, proudly represented JCI Davaoeña Daba-Daba at the 2026 JCI Philippines Mid Year Academy in Boracay!

It was a weekend of learning, collaboration, and leadership development alongside fellow JCI leaders from across the country. We look forward to bringing these fresh insights and meaningful experiences back to our chapter as we continue creating positive impact through service and leadership.

Year 2—stronger, more active, and making a greater impact! ❤💪

Now in its second year, DABA Active Club continues to grow beyond fitness—bringing members together through wellness, fellowship, and service. What started as a shared commitment to healthy living has evolved into a dynamic space where members stay active, build meaningful connections, and create positive change.

This year, the club expanded its lineup of activities with Badminton, Yoga for a Cause, and Pickleball, offering more opportunities for members to move with purpose. In celebration of its anniversary, DABA Active Club also successfully hosted Service for the Oldies, a fundraising badminton tournament that combined friendly competition with a meaningful cause. Through every rally and every match, participants helped raise support for initiatives benefiting our senior citizens.

Because DABA Active Club is more than a fitness initiative—it's a community that believes every step, every stretch, and every swing can make a difference.

Here's to another year of staying active, serving with heart, and growing stronger together. 🏸🧘🥒

Empowering livelihoods, one skill at a time. 🐟

Through Year 2 of JCI L.I.F.E. (Livelihood Initiatives and Financial Empowerment): Kumikitang Kabuhayan, JCI Davaoeña Daba-Daba, in partnership with the Office of Councilor Atty. Luna Acosta, conducted a Bangus Deboning Workshop to equip community members with practical, income-generating skills.

Rooted in the belief that sustainable change begins with opportunity, this initiative empowers beneficiaries with hands-on training that can open doors to entrepreneurship, financial independence, and long-term economic resilience. Together, we continue to transform skills into sustainable livelihoods and lasting community impact.

Da-Bayanihan Relief Mission is dedicated to supporting the families affected by the recent fire in Brgy. 23-C, Boulevard, Davao City through hot meals, basic goods, and clean water. 🙏

Grateful hearts and peaceful souls after a beautiful Sunrise Yoga session last May 1, 2026 at The View Davao. 🌅🧘‍♀️

This meaningful project was held for the benefit of the Tagabawa community, bringing together wellness, mindfulness, and community support in one inspiring morning.

Special thanks to our amazing yoga teacher Darla Dy of YogaWithDarla and Padma, wellness coach Michelle Pantanilla of Nutrition On The Go, and our talented photographer Angela Ramos of Nix Portraits for helping make this event truly special.
