The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Cabinuangan successfully conducted its 1st Semester Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Assembly 2026 yesterday (June 5, 2026) at the Barangay Cabinuangan Multi-purpose Hall. The event was marked by a strong sense of collaboration and community spirit, gathering a total of 197 youth participants who are eager to take part in local governance and community development.

The assembly was highly honored by the presence of esteemed local leaders, including Vice Mayor Hon. Elfa Digaynon, SB Member Hon. Evi Mangubat, and Barangay Captain Hon. Sergio Mabasa, alongside Barangay Councilors Hon. RR Recto, Hon. Khid Diaz, and Hon. Abet Curimao, who all expressed their unwavering support for youth-led initiatives. Special guests from the Municipal Youth Development Office (MYDO), led by Local Youth Development Officer Ms. Kisha Melvs Pasinabo, also graced the event together with the dynamic presidents of various youth organizations, including the PYAP, JYPO, 4-H Club, and DYA.

SK Cabinuangan extends its deepest gratitude to all the guests, leaders, and fellow youth whose presence and active participation made this assembly a resounding success. Together, we continue to pave the way for a more vibrant, inclusive, and progressive Barangay Cabinuangan!

In a powerful demonstration of youth leadership and community care, Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Cabinuangan successfully conducted a multi-service caravan dedicated entirely to the welfare of the Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK). Recognizing that health and well-being go hand-in-hand with civic duty, the active youth council rolled out a highly successful initiative featuring free tooth extractions, organized in vital partnership with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of New Bataan. Alongside the dental mission, the youth availed themselves of free, professional haircuts to keep them looking and feeling their best, generously sponsored and rendered in partnership with Mr. Mhel Nelhiarn T. Oripaypay. To top off the productive day, the event also featured a dedicated desk for Student-driver's Registration. This impactful event underscores SK Cabinuangan's unwavering commitment to holistic youth development, proving that when leadership meets genuine collaboration, the entire community thrives.

Disasters and emergencies can happen anytime, but today, May 25, 2026, 30 of our 4Ps Youth beneficiaries took a massive step toward community preparedness!

They successfully completed the First Aid and Basic Life Support - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (BLS-CPR) Orientation, mastering the fundamentals of emergency response.

A massive thank you to the elite emergency responders of MDRRMO New Bataan for guiding our participants through hands-on simulations and lectures.
