Flood prevention requires collaboration between the state and the people. It is critical to raise awareness on what to do in the case of a flood. Warning mechanisms must be put in place so that individuals have enough time to preserve themselves.

The Tree Planting was a success! Thank you to those who attended and volunteered to plant trees. It was a big help in avoiding floods. Those trees will help the groundwater supply recharge, prevent the transport of chemicals into streams and prevent flooding.

Again, we would like to thank all the students who participated in our Tree Planting project.
