Dear Youth,

With our goal to streamline the membership process and the revamped of the organization, we’re delighted to share with you that the 2024 membership to Dayo Youth Organization is now open.

Who may qualify as “Youth”?

- Ages 15-30 years old
- Resident of Purok 7, Mayacabac, Dauis

Why REGISTER?

- Only registered youth can represent the sitio and the Purok to any Government organized events such as basketball and other sports league, beauty pageants, & etc.
- Priority to Youth Development Activities
- Build camaraderie

How to register?

* Reach out to our DYO President, Ms. Ellah Cirujales for the forms.

* A one hundred pesos (100 PHP) registration fee is collected once the form is completed to support the DYO while it is still working on its Gov’t registration and to support the plans and projects for the year.

Submission
* You may submit your accomplished form to any of our PIOs namely:
1. Jewel Migueles
2. Allen Cirujales
3. Christian Jeff Pahang
4. Jafaith Pinoliad
