Apo Island Reef Watchers

Apo Island Reef Watchers Conservation/ Scuba Diving Apo Island is the most successful community driven Marine Sanctuary in the Philippines.

Founded and instigated by Dr. Angel Alcala of the Silliman University in 1983. It is protected by the National Protected Area Act (NIPA) and under the jurisdiction of the Protected Area Management Board.
