In a tropical country like the Philippines, storms have been the common norm. That is why, our countrymen has always been accustomed to always be resilient.

But, there must always be a thin line between resiliency and accountability within our systems. One of which is ample access to proper mental healthcare opportunities and facilities.

The rain might be over, and its tangible casualties might be done — but the intangibles are only starting to form. Let us be a community where every struggle can be shared without prejudice, and every voice — even when it’s shaking, must be heard and amplified.

Because nobody deserves to struggle alone whenever the rain starts dropping.
