After ICONS 2026, the learning didn't stop—it simply turned into great conversations and even better memories.

From coffee and cake at Wondellea Café to a hearty dinner at Ms. Piggy's Shack, the fellowship was filled with laughter, life updates, future project ideas, and stories that kept the conversations going for hours.

We're grateful to have shared these moments not only with fellow Rotaractors from the Rotaract Club of Dasmariñas but also with our friends from RAC Manila Metro, RAC Manila Bay, and RAC Cavite Glowing Youth. It's always refreshing to connect, exchange ideas, and simply enjoy each other's company beyond our service projects.

Last June 6, 2026, the Rotaract Club of Dasmariñas proudly participated in the Incoming Club Officers and Nurturing Seminar (ICONS) at the Imus Youth Building, organized by Rotary International District 3810.

The seminar brought together Rotaractors from various clubs across the district, creating an avenue for learning, collaboration, and leadership development. It was an inspiring experience that equipped current and incoming leaders with valuable knowledge and insights as they prepare for the challenges and opportunities of the new Rotary year.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the District 3810 Organizing Team for successfully conducting this meaningful event. Special thanks as well to all the speakers and facilitators who generously shared their expertise, experiences, and wisdom. Your dedication to developing future leaders continues to make a significant impact on the growth of Rotaract within the district.

We are equally proud of our officers and members who attended and represented the Rotaract Club of Dasmariñas. Thank you for investing your time in learning, growing, and strengthening your leadership skills. Your commitment to service and excellence reflects the values of our club and inspires us to continue creating positive change in our communities.

In support of this year's Brigada Eskwela, the Rotaract Club of Dasmariñas City successfully extended assistance to 13 public schools across Cavite — 7 schools in Dasmariñas and 6 schools in Imus — in preparation for the opening of classes.

A total of 90 bottles of 1-liter liquid hand soap worth ₱9,000 were distributed to help promote cleanliness and proper hygiene among students and school personnel. We also extend our sincere appreciation to our Peace Building Committee Chair, Ralph Christopher Jaberina, for generously providing paint donations that benefited several schools in Imus.

This initiative was made possible through the dedication of our Rotaract members who volunteered their time and effort in distributing the donations. We are equally grateful to our members who are teachers and school personnel for coordinating with the schools and helping us reach the communities we serve.

We also thank the Philippine Army and Philippine Navy for joining us during Brigada Eskwela and for their valuable support in helping prepare our schools for the new academic year.

As classes officially begin today, we hope these simple contributions help create a cleaner, safer, and more conducive learning environment for every student. Thank you to everyone who took part in this meaningful project and helped create a lasting impact in our communities.

Meaningful partnerships create lasting impact.

During the recent Business Opportunity Day of BNI Proactive, a collaborative discussion took place between the Rotaract Club of Dasmariñas City and the Rotary Club of Parañaque Sucat, led by Rotarian ICP Mark Angelo Calalang and Rotaractor ICP MJ Dacara. Beyond building business connections, the conversation centered on a shared commitment to service and community development.

This partnership aims to provide educational learning materials to those in need and extend medical assistance to underserved individuals and families. It is a reminder that while professional networks create opportunities, true leadership is also measured by our willingness to give back and uplift others.

As we continue this Impact Creating Year, we look forward to transforming ideas into meaningful action and creating positive change through collaboration, compassion, and service above self.
