🌿 Building wellness, planting hope. 🌿

The CSR Activity of Home Credit at GK Hugo Perez Bayanihan Village became a celebration of both health and sustainability. Through a Medical Mission for our young learners, they invested in the well-being of the next generation. And through Tree Planting, they nurtured the roots of a greener tomorrow.

We are truly grateful for this partnership that touches lives and strengthens communities. Together, we make bayanihan not just a word, but a way of life. 💚

OPERATION WALANG IWANAN IS NOW ACTIVATED!

Many communities in Metro Manila and in other areas are flooded due to heavy rains brought by Tropical Storm Crising and the enhanced monsoon. Several homes are under water and families needed to evacuate. Our teams on the ground started coordinating with the affected communities and touched base with our partner LGUs and Barangays. Thousands of families are in need of food, clean water and other basic needs.

As we continue to pray for the victims of the storm, let us bond together as one nation and extend whatever help we could provide.

In the next couple of days, Gawad Kalinga, together with partners and volunteers, aims to provide assistance starting with 2,000 families. You, too, can help. Join us in making sure that we leave no one behind in this time of great need!

Truly inspiring - GK beneficiaries of Cavite have come full circle. Once recipients of help, they now lead the way in giving back. Over 170 volunteers from various GK communities across Cavite came together to serve at the Bayani Challenge in Agoncillo, Batangas a town that was heavily affected by Typhoon Kristine last year.

From GK Hugo Perez and GK Munting Paraiso in Trece Martires, GK PNOC in Rosario, GK Alapan in Imus City, to GK SMDC in Dasmariñas. These communities united, bringing whatever they could, offering their time, energy, and love to support fellow beneficiaries just beginning their GK journey.

The Provincial Management Team and the dedicated core volunteers of Team GK Cavite gave their full support, making this act of solidarity even more powerful.

This is the heart of Bayanihan when communities that have risen return to lift others up.
