What an incredible 2-day celebration we just wrapped up! Our hearts are full as we look back at the vibrant energy, smiles, and community spirit that filled the air this past May 12-13, 2026.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who made this event a resounding success:

A huge shoutout to all the players who kicked off the festivities! Thank you for the incredible sportsmanship you displayed and for that infectious eagerness to win. You set a high bar for the rest of the weekend and reminded us all what healthy competition looks like.

✨A massive thank you to our stunning Muse Maria Angelyn Maiver and Es**rt John Samuel Conde and to their supportive families! 👸🤴You both represented us with such grace and charm on our parade float. You truly embodied the beauty and pride of our community and with that you are already our winners 👑

🤝To all 9 participating Homeowners Associations (HOAs)—Pres Dada Apolonio, Pres Neil Varias, Pres Stanley Nieves, Pres Ferdinand Pagkaliwangan, Pres Frederick Campos, Pres Jess Llerma, Pres Glenn Pelicano, Pres Renie Samontan- thank you for your active involvement and coordination. Seeing our different neighborhoods come together proves that we are stronger and happier when we celebrate as one. Looking forward to more projects we will build together.

Road Improvement Update! 🚧✨*

Our Main Road is looking much brighter and safer! We are happy to announce that the sidewalk gutter repainting for the main thoroughfare is now complete.

🎉A huge thank you to everyone for your patience and cooperation while our maintenance team was at work. These small improvements go a long way in keeping our community looking its best and improving visibility for both drivers and pedestrians.

What’s Next? ⚠️
Don't worry if your street hasn't been reached yet! We are moving systematically, and the next phase of repainting will begin on our side streets very soon.

Fiesta 2026: Banderitas Installation Complete! 🚩✨

We are happy to announce that the final phase of our fiesta decorations is now complete. As seen in the pictures, the banderitas are now fully installed across all areas, including the right side of our streets for Phase 1.

A Message from the Board 📋
Our goal this year is to bring back the true spirit of the fiesta, reviving the vibrant community atmosphere we have all enjoyed in the past. These small improvements—from the festive banners to the new street lights and safer roads—are all part of our commitment to making our subdivision a better place to live. 🏡

We believe that through these collective efforts, we can achieve even more for our neighborhood. To continue these projects and maintain our community, we humbly encourage all residents to support us through the consistent payment of monthly dues. Your contributions directly fund the security, maintenance, and celebrations that make our community special. 🤝

Community Updates: Progress for Our Subdivision!💡🚩🚧

Good day, everyone! We would like to share the ongoing improvements being made for the safety and beautification of our community:

1. Street Light Installation
We have started installing new lights on our poles to ensure our streets are brighter and safer at night.

2. Road Safety
The hazardous metal rods sticking out of the humps on the main road have been removed to prevent vehicle damage and accidents.

3. Fiesta Preparations
You can now feel the spirit of our upcoming May 13 Fiesta! The first phase of the banderitas (festive banners) has been installed.🎊

NOTE:
This is only the *first phase* of the installation. For residents on the right side, please wait as we will be installing banners in your area next. We appreciate your patience! 🙏

🏗️ Hello neighbors! Your Andreaville HOA Phase 1 BOD has been hard at work this week to improve our community’s safety and surroundings.

Check out the latest updates on our ongoing projects:

🚧 What’s New?

1. Speed Hump Restructuring & Painting: (main road)
We have reshaped and applied high-visibility yellow paint to our road humps. This ensures better safety for both pedestrians and motorists, especially at night.

2. 📍 NEW: Kalayaan St. Speed Humps
We have successfully installed new speed humps along Kalayaan St. to help manage traffic flow and ensure the safety of residents in the area.

3. Tricycle Waiting Line Cleanup:
We have cleared out debris and organized the tricycle queue area to keep our main thoroughfares tidy and accessible. This is including the Waste Management Awareness and no urinating signage that has been posted to remind everyone.

Please be mindful of the freshly painted humps and ongoing construction areas. We appreciate your patience as we work to make our phase a better place to live.

Thank you to all the homeowners who consistently paid their monthly dues, gave donations and for the solicited raffle prizes from the LGU of Dasmariñas. This will not be possible without everyone’s help and effort. 💯
