HPTA Officers' Oathtaking Ceremony 2026 🎉

On July 20, 2026, the newly elected Homeroom Parent-Teacher Association (HPTA) Officers from Kinder to Grade VI officially took their oath of office, marking the beginning of their commitment to serve our school community with dedication and integrity.

The ceremony was graced by our esteemed Guest Speaker, Dr. Lelanie Peridocil, EdD, FPTA President, who inspired everyone with her empowering message on leadership, unity, and active parent involvement in education.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to our School Principal, Sir Marvin Melendres, for delivering his heartfelt and inspirational message, encouraging the newly inducted officers to embrace leadership with unwavering commitment, and a sincere desire to serve our learners and the entire school.

As they begin their journey of service, may every HPTA Officer be guided by the Salitran Elementary School Parent-Teacher Association Core Values:

🌟July 16–17, 2026🌟

LIBRENG Optical Services sa ilalim ng PhilHealth YAKAP ay matagumpay na isinagawa sa Salitran Elementary School.

📝Sa loob ng dalawang araw, nag-assist ang mga SPTA Officers at Members sa pagsasagawa ng free eye assessments at consultations para sa ating mga mag-aaral.

🎯PhilHealth’s Optometry Package for children aged 0 to 15.

Para ma-avail ang benepisyong ito, sundin ang mga sumusunod na hakbang:

1. Mag-register sa YAKAP: Siguraduhing naka-register ang inyong anak bilang dependent. Maaari kayong mag-register sa pamamagitan ng PhilHealth Member Portal, eGovPH app, o sa pinakamalapit na PhilHealth office.

2. Fill out the form. Accomplish the CSF form from Philhealth. Link below

3. Kumuha ng Referral Form: Maaari kayong kumuha ng kinakailangang referral form (Annex C o YAKAP Form) mula sa ating registered PhilHealth Konsulta Provider (Halimbawa: Bodoraya Optical). Pagkatapos, papirmahan ang referral form sa ating school clinic teacher.

4. Pumunta sa Accredited Clinic: Dalhin ang referral form at ang PhilHealth documents ng inyong anak sa isang PhilHealth-accredited optometry clinic o eye center para sa kanyang eye check-up.

2. Valid Id ng Philhealth Member
3. CSF Philhealth Form
4. Referral Form

Inaanyayahan ang lahat ng lalaking mag-aaral mula Kinder hanggang Grade 6 na maging bahagi ng Boy Scouts of the Philippines sa Salitran Elementary School.

Ang pagiging Boy Scout ay nagbibigay ng pagkakataon na malinang ang:
