PLG REY A. Balibago is not just a passionate Kiwanian; he is a visionary leader who has made significant contributions to our organization and beyond. His dedication and hard work led to the creation and approval of the first Key Club District in the Philippine Luzon, marking a historic milestone in Asia and the Pacific.

As the FIRST ASIAN Chair of the ASPAC SLP, PLG REY A. BALIBAGO initiated groundbreaking initiatives, including the first-ever meet-up of CKI clubbers and Key Clubbers from across Asia and the Pacific. His leadership has been exemplary, evident in his three consecutive terms as Lieutenant Governor, where he earned prestigious recognitions such as Outstanding Lieutenant Governor and Distinguished Lieutenant Governor.
