📢 POST-DISASTER RISK ASSESSMENT of AOR

Following the onslaught of Typhoon Inday, the School’s Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (SDRRM) Team successfully conducted a Post-Disaster Risk Assessment (PDRA) to evaluate the condition of the school facilities and ensure the safety of the school community.

✅ Assessment Result: No structural damage or major hazards were reported. Only minor water accumulation was observed in some areas, which did not pose any significant risk and was immediately monitored.

The SDRRM Team remains committed to promoting preparedness, resilience, and safety through continuous monitoring and timely risk assessments.

We extend our gratitude to everyone who remained vigilant and cooperative during the weather disturbance. Let us continue to stay informed, prepared, and resilient.

Ngayong Hulyo, buong puso tayong nakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM)!

Ang Paliparan III Senior High School ay kaisa sa layuning bumuo ng isang ligtas, handa, at matatag na komunidad. Ang pagiging handa sa sakuna ay hindi lamang responsibilidad ng iilan ito ay tungkulin nating lahat!

Ang disaster resilience ay hindi lang basta konsepto—ito ay responsibilidad nating lahat. ♥️ Sa bawat paghahanda at sama-samang pagkilos, mas nagiging handa tayo sa anumang sakuna. Kaya't maging alerto, makiisa, at laging handa para mapanatiling ligtas ang ating paaralan, pamilya, at komunidad. Dahil kapag handa ang bawat isa, mas matatag tayong LAHAT! 💪

🚨 SUCCESSFUL NSED 2026! 🚨
Today, June 18, 2026, Paliparan III Senior High School participated in the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) 2026. The drill started at 9:00 a.m. and concluded at 9:22 a.m.

Today's National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill was successfully conducted, highlighting the importance of preparedness, coordination, and safety awareness within our community. Through activities like this, we are reminded that being ready is not just about following procedures—it's about protecting ourselves and the people around us.

Thank you to everyone who participated and cooperated throughout the drill. Your willingness to take part helps build a safer, more resilient community. Let this serve as a reminder to always stay informed, stay prepared, and never underestimate the value of readiness. The Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill or NSED is a quarterly disaster preparedness initiative spearheaded by the Philippine government through the Office of Civil Defense and NDRRMC.

As part of our School Disaster Risk Reduction Management, we encourage all learners, teaching, and non-teaching personnel to participate actively in the upcoming drill on June 18,2026. This exercise strengthens our readiness by practicing the “Drop, Cover, and Hold On” procedure, reviewing evacuation routes, and identifying safe assembly areas within school premises.

Preparedness saves lives. Through continuous drills and education, we build a resilient and safety-conscious school community.
