Sometimes, people smile while silently fighting battles no one can see. Some carry heavy thoughts, exhaustion, pressure, anxiety, sadness, or pain while pretending everything is okay. And the truth is, healing is not always loud. Sometimes, it’s simply choosing to wake up, to continue, and to try again despite everything.

So today, let us choose to be more understanding. Let us normalize conversations about mental health. Let us support, not shame. Listen, not judge. Love, not ignore.

To anyone who feels tired, lost, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained: your feelings are valid. You do not have to carry everything alone. Asking for help is not weakness. Resting is not laziness. Crying does not make you dramatic. You are human, and humans need care, support, understanding, and love too.

On March 24, 2026, Red Cross Youth Council held its oath-taking ceremony, where each leader committed to upholding our mission and serving our members in our community. We look forward to partnering with this passionate group as we launch fresh programs and reach new heights for our cause!

During the ceremony, our incoming officers pledged to uphold compassionate values, support disaster preparedness efforts, promote health and safety awareness, and empower young people to make a positive impact in our school and beyond. They stand ready to continue the Red Cross tradition of kindness, dedication, and unity when help is needed most.
