The Alliance of Nationalist Doctors is an organization of medical students and medical professionals embodied with the nationalistic ideals, principles and pride, aims to be part of our nation’s effort to achieve the new United Nations Sustainable Development Goals for Health. The ALLIANCE is the only medical students organization accredited by the Bicol University College

of Medicine that is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the named Alpha Nu Delta International - Honor Society of Medicine Inc. It was founded by a group of Medical Students on July 25, 2016 at the BUCM.

From the first Bello! at Orientation to the conversations that shaped Recruitment, everything led here.

𝘀𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗖𝗨𝗟𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗧𝗬 brought our Minions together for one final adventure filled with challenges, teamwork, laughter, friendly competition, and just the right amount of chaos.

But somewhere between the games, cheers, and candid moments, strangers became teammates, names became familiar faces, and a new chapter of the AND community began to take shape.

After getting to know AND, it was time for us to get to know 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺.

Through conversations, interviews, and a little bit of Minion-worthy chaos, 𝘀𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗥𝗨𝗜𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 gave our associate members the chance to share who they were, what they stood for, and what they hoped to bring to the organization.

Because joining AND was never just about finding new members—it was about finding people ready to grow, contribute, and serve alongside one another.

They came curious. They left one step closer to finding their place.

Before the challenges, the interviews, and the memories came the moment we first opened our doors.

𝘀𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 introduced our aspiring Minions to the heart of AND—its people, its purpose, and the values that continue to guide us in 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿, 𝗟𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲.

It was more than an introduction. It was the beginning of finding where they could belong, how they could serve, and what it meant to become part of something bigger than themselves.

The mission had officially begun.
