Likha Lubilo is more than just a project—it is an advocacy that nurtures awareness, skills, and a deep sense of responsibility among its participants. Through art, shared experiences, and collective action, it highlights the vital role of the youth as active contributors in caring for and shaping the world we live in.

With every idea formed and every connection strengthened, we are reminded that change begins with participation. This initiative creates a space where individuals can express themselves, engage with others, and take part in a greater purpose.

Everyone is encouraged to join this April 26, 2026 (Sunday, 8AM) at Brgy. Talisay Covered Court and be part of this movement—an opportunity to contribute to a collective effort in building a more responsible and environmentally conscious community.

With pride and purpose, we celebrate Sinagtala by BUGSAY (Project LIKHA-LUBILO: To Create and Connect), a youth-powered initiative that champions creativity, connection, and community transformation. This milestone is not just a win for our organization, but a powerful affirmation that when young people lead with heart and vision, meaningful change follows.

Another UNICEF-donor funded program locked-in for Bugsay, and this is only the beginning.

: From lost-value items to real opportunities♻️✨

The implementation of BUGSAY’s Let’s LEaP “Project LIMPYO: Lost-Value Items Made Productive Yielding Opportunities”, a program sponsored by UNICEF & SUGPAT by Ateneo de Zamboanga University successfully concluded its one-day youth eco-leadership and upcycling training at Dapitan City National High School. The activity empowered 79 underserved young people through a full-day program that brought together sustainability, creativity, and civic engagement. Participants took part in peer coaching, hands-on upcycling workshops, and leadership formation sessions guided by committed facilitators and community experts.

One of the highlights of the day was the “ReSTART” upcycling session led by Teacher III Ma’am Liezelda R. Ong, where youth transformed discarded materials into functional and meaningful outputs. The election of youth eco-leaders further strengthened the program, ensuring that the mission of LIMPYO will continue in schools and barangays. With content successfully uploaded to P2E/YOMA and values such as panaghiusa (unity), pakabana (concern), and pag-amuma (care) woven throughout the sessions, Project LIMPYO became more than a training, it became a movement.

Bugsay marked the Christmas season with its annual thanksgiving project, PasKAHON, held on December 27, 2025. The initiative brought joy to over 100 children, who received gift packs containing school supplies and snacks, reflecting the organization’s commitment to sharing hope, gratitude, and service during the holidays

More than the gifts, PasKAHON reflects BUGSAY’s commitment to sharing hope, gratitude, and service—especially during the season of love and giving. Together, we continue to create moments of joy and make a difference, one child and one community at a time. ✨💛

: Bugsay Member Brings Filipino Youth Leadership to the World! 🩵

JayChristian D. Garcia, a dedicated member of the Bugsay Organization, proudly represented the Philippines at the 12th International Youth Exchange and Conference (IYEC12) held November 4–8, 2025 in Singapore and Malaysia. 🇲🇾🇸🇬

The conference, organized by Indonesian Youth Action, united young leaders from across Asia under the theme “Youth Innovation for Sustainable Industry and Infrastructure” in support of Sustainable Development Goal 9. 🌐

JayChristian displayed the leadership, adaptability, and intercultural competence that embody Bugsay’s commitment to youth empowerment, collaboration, and positive social impact. Representing Spain in the UN Delegation, he showcased strong policy analysis skills and a passion for sustainable solutions. 💯

His exemplary performance earned him Best Position Paper and Best Cultural Performance awards, reflecting not only his personal excellence but also the values of Bugsay Organization: nurturing Filipino youth to be globally engaged, socially responsible, and innovative leaders. ✨
