To all our newly registered criminologists, our respected guests, Hon. Warren Corpuz, Hon. Lani Palmones, Dir. Alfonzo Villoria, Dr. William Revisa, Dr. Paulino Pioquinto, proud parents, PCAP regional council officers and everyone who became part of the successful oathtaking ceremonies in Zamboanga City and Dipolog City, my sincerest gratitude to every one of you.
As the PCAP Region 9 Governor, I extend my deepest appreciation for your presence and support in making these events truly meaningful and memorable. Your participation reflects not only celebration, but a shared commitment to the noble profession we have all chosen.
To our newly registered criminologists, we are proud of what you have achieved, and even more excited for the impact you will create. To the parents and families, thank you for your unwavering support and sacrifices in our passers. This success is as much yours as it is theirs.
To our organizers, partners, and everyone behind the scenes, your dedication and hard work made these ceremonies possible. Your service did not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful.
