𝐂𝐌𝐄 𝐅𝐮𝐧 𝐑𝐮𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 with the theme “𝐂𝐌𝐄 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔: 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧,” was all about moving, smiling, and enjoying the journey together.

Earlier today, 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟑𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, students came together — running, jogging, and walking side by side — proving that wellness is better when shared.

A Research Seminar was successfully held earlier today at the CTU–Danao AVR Room. The seminar featured Dr. Lislee C. Valle, former Dean of Instruction, as the resource speaker, who shared her invaluable insights and expertise on academic research. The activity was conducted under the guidance of the subject instructor, Mr. Noel Niño Valle, and served as a significant academic engagement in strengthening the research competence of the students.

𝗛𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆. 𝗛𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘀𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆.

A century and almost three decades ago, one man stood before the crowd and showed the truest form of nationalism—loving his country enough to sacrifice his life for it. This same man believed that change could be gentle yet powerful.

This man is 𝗗𝗿. 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲́ 𝗣. 𝗥𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗹.

Dr. Rizal advocated peaceful reforms over violent wars, and has proved that "𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙣 𝙞𝙨 𝙢𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙙." His writings sparked not only the Filipino spirit but also challenged injustice without violence.

On December 30, 1896, Rizal was executed by firing squad in Bagumbayan, not for wielding arms, but for wielding ideas that threatened the Spanish Government's authority. His death was meant to silence him—but instead, it echoed louder through history.

Today, we do not remember him only for his actions, but for the values he instilled in the Filipino people: to never forget the motherland, to fight injustice without violence, to seek freedom with wisdom, and to love the nation with both courage and conscience.

His life reminds us that true patriotism is not loud violence—but brave, thoughtful sacrifice. Let Rizal’s voyage of life inspire us to love and serve our country—not for clout, but with heart and courage.
