On thursday last week, our scouts formed to serve during our school’s monthly Mass by assisting through crowd control, helping maintain order and ensuring everyone is present during the mass.

The scouts were also stationed at different buildings around the school to monitor and guide students. After the mass concluded we took part in leading the flag lowering ceremony, carrying out our duty with respect and discipline.

During the formation, we enjoyed fun activities such as Dragon’s Tail, giving everyone a chance to have fun while building teamwork and friendship.

Through this activity, we strengthened our bond as scouts and continued to practice the values of the Scout Oath and Law. Every formation is a chance to learn and grow together. 🫡⚜️

Yesterday, July 17, 2026, the STEC Conquerors gathered once again for our regular Friday Formation, a time to strengthen discipline, teamwork, and the values that guide every Scout.

This friday formation coincided with the celebration of CPR Day and we were reminded that even the simplest act of helping can save a life. As Scouts, being prepared during emergencies is one of our responsibilities, and learning the importance of CPR reminds us that service starts with the willingness to step forward when someone needs help.

The formation also did an orientation on the Scouting Advancement Program, where we learned more about the different ranks, requirements, and opportunities that lie ahead in our Scouting journey. Every badge earned and every challenge completed is a step closer to becoming better leaders and better individuals.

This scouting gathering became even more memorable because we had the opportunity to hold our formation alongside the Scouts of Guinsay National High School. It was a great experience to stand together as one movement, strengthening the friendship and unity between our schools while sharing the same values of leadership, discipline, and service.

As we continue this Scouting year, may we keep learning, growing, and serving with pride wherever the trail leads us. 🫡

𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐘 𝐁𝐈𝐑𝐓𝐇𝐃𝐀𝐘 to our one and only Outfit Grubmaster, John Shawn Carmona! 🎉

"Ever since I first met you, one of the first things I noticed was how friendly and playful you were. You always seemed approachable, easy to talk to, and honestly, I thought it was cool how you were always wearing your shades. As I got to know you better through scouting, I realized that behind that fun personality is someone who is hardworking, responsible, and always willing to help others whenever needed.

Thank you for all the effort and dedication you put into scouting and for being someone people can rely on. You may not always notice it, but the way you lead, serve, and interact with others leaves a positive impact on those around you. Personally, you have become one of my inspirations to continue my scouting journey. Seeing your commitment, passion, and the way you enjoy what you do motivates me to keep going and become a better scout myself.

I hope your birthday is filled with happiness, laughter, and the people who matter most to you. May this new chapter of your life bring you success, good health, and countless great memories. Stay friendly, stay cheerful, keep being the amazing person that you are, and never stop rocking those shades. Happy Birthday, our Grubmaster!" 🥳

As Conquerors marched to strengthen their discipline they also welcomed aspiring members into the brotherhood of Scouting.

New recruits were introduced to the fundamentals of the movement like the basic commands and through an orientation that provided them with a deeper understanding of the values, opportunities, and responsibilities that come with being a Scout.

The formation also coincided with the commemoration of the birth anniversary of 𝘿𝙧. 𝙅𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙋. 𝙍𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙡, reminding scouts of the importance of patriotism, integrity, and service values that remain relevant in both Scouting and everyday life.

As the new scouting year begins, may every step taken in formation inspire each scout to grow in character, lead with purpose, and serve with commitment. 🫡
