𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝑫𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒆𝒍

The Book of Daniel shows us how our faith in God can help us overcome even the challenges of this world and the fear of death. We live in a world where sin has become normalized, and it can be deceiving because it often presents itself as something harmless. But Daniel knew the truth about his God, which is why he stood firm despite the judgment and pressure from the people around him. In return, God remained faithful and protected him through the trials he faced.

The Book of Daniel also tells us about Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who were put in danger because they refused to follow the ways of the world. Just as they said in Daniel 3:17–18, “If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God whom we serve is able to save us... But even if he doesn’t, we want to make it clear... that we will never serve your gods or worship the gold statue you have set up.” Indeed, God saved them.

This reminds us to pray for a quiet peace that comes from knowing that God is in control and to surrender our fears to Him. True trust is rooted in God’s character and faithfulness, not in a specific outcome. Even when we do not know what will happen, we can remain faithful because we know who our God is. He is with us, He is faithful, and He is always in control.

Today, we pay tribute to the brave individuals who envisioned a free nation, stood resolute in the face of fear, and sacrificed their lives so we could enjoy a future of dignity and hope. Though their deeds are written in history, their bravery serves as a constant standard for us today.

As students and aspiring professionals, we are reminded that heroism goes beyond the battlefield. It is reflected in our daily honesty, our willingness to stand up for justice, and our shared commitment to creating a better Philippines.

God is truly our source🤍 Everything we have, everything we are, and everything we need ultimately comes from Him. He is our source of peace when our hearts are troubled, our source of joy in every season, and our source of love when we feel like we have nothing left to give. Sometimes we become so caught up in thinking about what we need for tomorrow that we forget that God already knows our needs even before we ask.

We don't have to carry the pressure of figuring everything out on our own. We have a Father who cares for us deeply and who wants us to trust Him, seek Him, and spend our days in His presence. And when we place Him at the center of our lives, even the things we love, the work we do, and the simple moments we enjoy can become ways of worshiping Him. We don't only worship through singing or praying; we can worship Him through the way we live, serve, love, and use what He has given us.

What makes God's love even more beautiful is that what He gives us does not have to end with us. The peace He gives can comfort someone else. The love we receive can be shared with others. The joy and goodness we experience can become a reflection of who He is. May we never forget that everything we have comes from Him, and may our lives continually point others back to our loving and faithful Father.

There are moments when we feel like giving up, when our thoughts become too heavy, and when anxiety makes us feel like we are drowning. But even in those moments, God is still beside us. We can give Him every worry, fear, sadness, and everything we are overthinking because He truly cares for us. Sometimes we may feel like He is far away, but we do not have to shout for Him to hear us because He is already near. Talk to Him. Pray about it. Tell Him everything. In sickness, sadness, happiness, and every season of life, He remains with us. 🤍

God knows every side of us: our overthinking self, our anxious self, our sensitive self, and even the parts of us that we struggle to understand. Yet He continues to meet us with love, compassion, patience, and gentleness. We can “chika” with Him about everything because He desires a deep and personal relationship with us. So let us keep praying, keep surrendering, and keep spending our days with Him.

𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐆𝐇 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒: 𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝟐 𝐎𝐅 𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐓𝐀𝐆𝐁𝐎 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Day 2 came with a different kind of lesson: sometimes, you just deal with your nerves about your college journey by having fun.

Laro ng Lahi brought out everyone’s competitive side, from players giving it their all to the people on the sidelines who somehow had more energy than the actual players. From one game to another, there were intense rounds, unexpected comebacks, and plenty of moments worth remembering.

Whether it was a win, a near-win, or a “𝘣𝘢𝘸𝘪 𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘯𝘦𝘹𝘵 𝘨𝘢𝘮𝘦”, one thing was certain: no one went home without a story to tell.

𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐆𝐇 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒: 𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝟏 𝐎𝐅 𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐓𝐀𝐆𝐁𝐎 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Day 1 was all about getting to know the place where a new chapter began. Our students explored the campus, visited different offices, and got familiar with the spaces and people that would soon become part of their everyday engineering journey.

From one stop to the next, there were new things to see, places to remember, and, of course, plenty of moments in between. From curious faces and candid shots to shared laughs along the way, Day 1 was filled with little moments that made the campus feel a little less unfamiliar.

And with all those moments shared, we hope there was no “𝘗𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘣𝘰 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘰 𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪 𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘥𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘢~~~” moment. Keme.
