On June 18, 2026, the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management successfully held its first-ever Kapihan: Brew and Build, a roundtable discussion initiated by Dean Lloyd Diawan to strengthen collaboration, foster innovation, and build stronger partnerships within the college. 🩷✈️🛳️

The gathering brought together the Dean, Program Heads, organization advisers of CHTMSC, LTSP, and JTHMAP, along with outgoing and incoming student leaders, creating a space for meaningful conversations, shared insights, and a smooth leadership transition.

Most importantly, the discussion centered on how we can better support the growth, development, and success of our BS Hospitality Management and BS Tourism Management students.

Here's to stronger connections, shared goals, and a brighter future for the CHTM community. 🤝✨

In the majestic halls of the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management, the 𝗥𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 rise in splendor — 𝟮𝟰𝟮 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝘀 🍽️🛳️ and 𝟮𝟬𝟵 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗦𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀 ✈️🌍 — united beneath one crown of excellence.

With hearts ready to serve and the true spirit of Royals, student leaders and volunteers from the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (CHTM), Supreme Student Council, local student councils, registered student organizations, university-wide organizations, the League of PHINMA Scholars, and the Center for Student Development and Leadership (CSDL) came together at Judge Jose De Venecia Sr. Technical-Vocational Secondary School (JJDVSTVSS) in Bolosan, Dagupan City in support of 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗺𝗮 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗘𝘀𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Through 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦, participants engaged in various school improvement initiatives, including gardening, painting, and campus clean-up activities, helping create a more welcoming and conducive learning environment for students and educators alike.

As the final day of 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗺𝗮 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗘𝘀𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at JJDVSTVSS comes to a close, this meaningful initiative reflects the PHINMA community's 𝘂𝗻𝘄𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. More than improving school spaces, it showcased how 𝐑𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 in the communities they serve.

𝙈𝘼𝙔 2026 | 𝙅𝙏𝙃𝙈𝘼𝙋 𝙈𝙊𝙉𝙏𝙃𝙇𝙔 𝙍𝙀𝙋𝙊𝙍𝙏

𝑴𝒂𝒚 2026 was a month of community engagement and meaningful service for JTHMAP, PHINMA-UPang Chapter. The organization conducted an outreach program entitled “Bayong na Kultura: Alaga ang Tradisyon, Asenso ang Komunidad” at Pugaro Island, Dagupan City. Students shared their research-based product with the community through demonstration and discussion, promoting livelihood opportunities and cultural appreciation. Beneficiaries also received bayong starter kits containing key ingredients to support small-scale entrepreneurship.

Prepared in accordance with Memorandum No. 002: Implementation Guidelines for Transparency and Accountability Initiatives, this Monthly Audit and Accomplishment Report presents JTHMAP’s accomplishments for May, reflecting service, innovation, and commitment to community development.
This experience strengthened students’ sense of social responsibility, practical skills, and dedication to making a positive impact beyond the classroom.

At Sinayon: The Golden Flames 2026, the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management Student Council (CHTMSC) was proudly nominated for the Outstanding Local Student Council Award.

With a LARC score of 91.00, the council ranked 2nd, and after final deliberation with a UARC score of 68.75%, placed 3rd. Though the award was not claimed, the nomination itself stands as a testament to the council’s dedication, leadership, and service to the student body.

The recognition reflects the enduring spirit of teamwork, commitment, and professionalism that continues to guide the CHTMSC in shaping meaningful experiences for the Royals. 🔥✨

At Sinayon: The Golden Flames 2026, the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management Student Council proudly recognizes Rod Joeffry F. Soriano as nominee for the Supreme PEN Values Award in Integrity.

With a LARC score of 90.67%, Rod initially ranked 1st, and after final deliberation with a UARC score of 82.50%, he secured 2nd place. Though the ranking shifted, the true honor lies in the privilege of being entrusted with the value of Integrity — a distinction he carries with pride. His journey reflects not only academic excellence but also the steadfast honesty and resilience that define a leader’s character. 🔥✨
