Last May 6, the ๐๐๐๐๐ค๐ฃ 1 ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ก ๐พ๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ง-๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐ค๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐ค๐ง๐ ๐ฟ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ฉ๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ conducted a Benchmarking Activity with the ๐ฝ๐๐๐ช๐๐ค ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ง๐๐ก ๐๐ค๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ฉ๐๐ก ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ก ๐พ๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ง-๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐ค๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐ค๐ง๐ ๐ฟ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ฉ๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ as part of its continuing commitment to strengthen systems, enhance service delivery, and promote innovative social work practices in the healthcare setting.
The delegation was warmly welcomed by the Head of the BGHMC Medical Social Work Department, ๐ ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ก๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ ๐. ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐๐๐ฎ๐ป, ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ช, ๐ ๐ฆ๐ช, whose leadership and expertise greatly contributed to the productive exchange of knowledge and best practices between the two institutions.
The benchmarking activity focused on the departmentโs best practices, services, and the digitalization of its Malasakit Assessment tools and process flows, providing valuable insights on improving operational efficiency, accessibility of services, and client-centered healthcare delivery.
The activity likewise included visits to the hospitalโs special centers and service areas, namely the ๐พ๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ง ๐๐ฃ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ฉ๐ช๐ฉ๐, ๐ฟ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ฉ๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ ๐ค๐ ๐๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ก ๐๐๐๐ก๐ฉ๐, ๐๐ง๐๐ช๐ข๐ (๐๐ข๐๐ง๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ฎ ๐ฟ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ฉ๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ), ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐๐ก๐๐จ๐๐ ๐๐ฉ ๐พ๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ง, where R1MC Medical Social Workers were able to observe integrated and responsive healthcare and social welfare services.
