Throughout the month of July, the ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ด๐๐ฒ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฃ๐๐๐ก๐ ๐ ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ officially commenced the assessment and implementation of the ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ง๐๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ for ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐๐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ, ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ผ๐ฑ ๐ญ, ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐บ๐ถ๐ฐ ๐ฌ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒโ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ณ.
The ๐ฃ๐๐๐ก๐ ๐ ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐' ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ง๐๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ is designed to provide academic support and guidance to students who may benefit from additional assistance in their studies. Through this initiative, ๐ฃ๐๐๐ก๐ ๐ ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ serve as dedicated peer tutors, monitoring their tutees' academic progress, sharing learning resources, and fostering an encouraging environment that promotes academic growth and success.
As part of the program's rollout this July, our newly accepted ๐ฃ๐๐๐ก๐ ๐ ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ (๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ญ) enthusiastically conducted their first tutorial sessions with their assigned tutees. Eager to embrace their responsibilities as new scholars, they began by building meaningful connections with their tutees, assessing their academic needs, setting learning goals, and creating a welcoming environment where collaboration and learning could thrive. These initial sessions signify not only the start of their journey as PHINMA Scholars but also their dedication to the organization's mission of transforming lives through education through service, mentorship, and academic excellence.
Through every tutorial session, these scholars demonstrate that service extends beyond the classroomโempowering fellow students, inspiring academic excellence, and making a meaningful difference, one learner at a time.
