A meaningful session worth looking back on. 💙💛

As part of JCI Week 2026, JCI Dagupan Bangus gathered members and young leaders for a Parliamentary Procedures & Protocols session held via Zoom, led by our very own JCI Local Skills & Development Director and SK Chairperson of Brgy. Mayombo, Jhessa Arzadon.

The session strengthened our understanding of parliamentary rules, proper procedures, effective motions, and protocols—equipping us to participate in meetings and discussions with greater confidence, clarity, and respect.

Because leadership is not only about having a voice—it’s also about knowing when, how, and why to use it. ✨

PANGASINAN, ONE REGION, ONE SPIRIT. 💙

JCI Dagupan Bangus joined fellow Jaycees from across Pangasinan for the 3rd Regional Council Meeting of JCI Pangasinan Region, hosted by JCI One Dagupan at Simplicio’s Restaurant.

The gathering featured a Bid Creation Training facilitated by Area Awards Chair JCI Sen. Jan-Kevin Ramirez, sharing valuable insights and practical tips on creating stronger and more competitive project bids.

Also joining the gathering was Area 1 Vice President Atty. Marj, marking her third time attending the Regional Council Meeting and continuing to show her support for the JCI Pangasinan Region.

The event concluded with the Grand GMM and Ulopan Night, bringing Jaycees together for fellowship, camaraderie, and a celebration of the Spirit of Pangasinan. 💙

In response to the ongoing flooding, JCI Dagupan Bangus and the JCI Philippines - Pangasinan Region have activated Oplan Kaagapay to extend support to flood-affected families in Dagupan City, which is currently under a State of Calamity.

As we come together in this time of need, cash and in-kind donations are welcome. Cash contributions can help us mobilize assistance faster and respond to urgent needs, while food, water, medicine, clothing, and other essential supplies are equally valuable.

The Legacy Table: Past Presidents' Coffee Meet

Planning, reconnecting, and raising support for 75 years of leadership.

As JCI Dagupan Bangus prepares to celebrate its 75th Diamond Anniversary, our Past Presidents came together not only to reconnect, but to answer a greater call: to invest in the chapter that shaped generations of leaders.

Over two meaningful afternoons at The Legacy Table, stories were shared, memories were relived, and ideas were exchanged. More importantly, this gathering served as a Legacy Fundraising Event, where every conversation became a commitment to the future of our organization.

United by a shared vision, each Past President pledged a minimum contribution of ₱10,000, with several leaders generously giving well beyond that amount. Their remarkable support reflects a collective belief that celebrating 75 years is not only about honoring our past, but also about securing the future of JCI Dagupan Bangus.

The funds raised will help bring our 75th Diamond Anniversary Celebration to life while also strengthening the chapter's capacity to continue developing leaders and creating lasting community impact for years to come.

To our Past Presidents, thank you for showing that leadership extends far beyond your term of office. Your generosity is more than a donation. It is an investment in our legacy, our members, and the generations of Jaycees yet to come.

Our sincere gratitude goes to the 75th Anniversary Committee, led by Chairperson Lyka Siapno and her dedicated team, whose passion, commitment, and hard work made this fundraising initiative a success. We also extend our appreciation to Local Organization President Owen Navarro for his leadership, guidance, and steadfast support in bringing this vision to life.
