On August 29, 2026, JCI Dagupan Inc. conducted Opportunity to Impact (OTI) at Golden Rays Hotel, Lingayen, Pangasinan, bringing together potential members of the chapter and future Jaycees of a newly chartering Local Organization in Pangasinan.

More than an introduction to JCI, OTI became an opportunity to share the JCI Way of leadership, fellowship, and serviceโ€”helping participants discover how they can develop themselves, create meaningful connections, and turn their potential into positive impact.

JCI Dagupan Inc. was honored to be part of the Area Launch of JCI RISE and the launch of The Green Scarf Project by JCI Hundred Islandsโ€”a meaningful initiative that reminds us that no one should have to face their struggles alone.

More than just a scarf, the green scarf represents comfort, understanding, compassion, and hope. It is a simple yet powerful symbol that tells someone, you are seen, you are heard, and you are not alone.

As a JCI Local Organization, we believe that creating positive change begins with creating communities where people feel safe to speak, seek support, and simply be themselves. Through initiatives like The Green Scarf Project, we continue to break the silence surrounding mental health and build a culture where empathy and kindness become everyday acts of leadership.
