It takes true courage to embrace the flaws we usually try to hide. If God can look at our entire mess and still love us, why should we see ourselves only through judgment? Sometimes we sin and then continue to carry those sins with us thinking that God judges us by our past. But the Lord looks upon us with mercy and allows us to change. He gives us the opportunity to start anew and not define ourselves by our past actions.

Let us pray that our faith may always remind us that no matter what we have done or failed to do, His mercy will always be greater than our sins.
