The afternoon came alive with excitement and inspiration as Hon. Christel Hilary Paras joined us for a meaningful leadership talk. Her words encouraged our young leaders to lead with purpose, confidence, and a heart for service. The session became even more engaging during the question-and-answer portion, where participants had the opportunity to share their thoughts and learn valuable insights from her experiences.

The energy continued to rise as the Talent Galore took center stage. Participants proudly showcased their talents, creativity, and confidence, proving that leadership shines in many different forms. From entertaining performances to inspiring presentations, every act reflected the unique gifts of our young leaders.

Soon after, the much-awaited Showdown began, filling the venue with cheers, excitement, and team spirit. The celebration continued with the awarding ceremony, recognizing the hard work, dedication, and achievements of both teams and individual participants throughout the training.

What a way to spend the rest of the day!
Our afternoon session put every participant's communication, patience, teamwork, and creativity to the test through the Amazing Race challenges. From drinking ampalaya juice and onion smoothies to crawling through obstacles, passing ping pong balls, and completing various team challenges, every station pushed our young leaders beyond their comfort zones.

But more than completing tasks, the real victory was the camaraderie built along the way. Through laughter, encouragement, and teamwork, participants learned that leadership is not just about leadingโ€”it's also about trusting, supporting, and growing with one another.

The fun didn't stop there! The day ended with teams bonding through dance performances and confidently showcasing their talents, proving that leadership and teamwork can go hand in hand with fun and creativity.

As the sun set on an exciting and unforgettable Day 1, our teams began preparing and strategizing for the challenges that await tomorrow.
