Congraulations, Pres. Adele Traspe!
From your YMCA family.
Presence, compassion, and responsibility to the communities we serve. These are the values that Adele Traspe, PHINMA Service Awardee for the Employee category Profession in Action, embodies through his work with and beyond PHINMA Education.
Adele joined PHINMA Education in 2004 and would eventually take on leadership roles that helped shape the network's Center for Student Development and Leadership (CSDL). As CSDL Director, he leads initiatives that support student completion, formation, and welfare—all grounded on the belief that students must not only complete their education but also emerge as service‑oriented leaders. His work with the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Dagupan City Female Dormitory also evolved from regular jail outreach visits to a formal education partnership that allows women Persons Deprived of Liberty to become PHINMA-University of Pangasinan students.
He is also a Lay Collaborator of the Social Services Commission of the Archdiocese of Lingayen–Dagupan, and a Board Member of the Philippine Red Cross – Dagupan Chapter, where he helped institutionalize PHINMA University of Pangasinan's annual blood donation drives. For Adele, service is a responsibility–something driven not by talents or riches, but our presence and effort to really understand our communities.
