Ang online learning session na ito ay inihahandog ng Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Ilocos Regional Coordinating Office upang higit pang mapalalim ang kaalaman at pagpapahalaga ng ating mga Scout at Scout Leaders sa ating katutubong pamana.

The Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Dagupan City Council, together with our Regional Scout Director, Imelda S. Samson, YDO V, proudly attended the State of the Division Address (SODA) of Dr. Marciano U. Soriano Jr., CESO VI, Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent, marking his first 100 days in office, held on July 22, 2026, at CSI Stadia, Lucao, Dagupan City.

The event highlighted the accomplishments, key milestones, and strategic direction of the DepEd Dagupan City Division, reflecting its unwavering commitment to quality education, effective leadership, and public service.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Soriano and the entire DepEd Dagupan City Division on this significant milestone. The Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Dagupan City Council looks forward to strengthening our partnership in developing responsible, disciplined, and service-oriented young people through Scouting and education.

🏆 A Moment of Pride for the Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Dagupan City Council! ⚜️

The Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Dagupan City Council proudly celebrates another milestone after receiving three prestigious recognitions for its outstanding achievements and unwavering commitment to the Scouting Movement. The awards were received by Council Chairman Rafael B. de Peralta, Jr., together with our outgoing Council Scout Executive, Evelyn A. Tamayo, during the 2nd Regional Scout Committee Meeting.

🎖️ Recognitions Earned:

✅ Exemplary Leadership and Dedicated Service for successfully implementing 21 impactful community service projects during Calendar Year 2025.

✅ Exceptional Commitment to Scout Advancement and excellence in leadership development, resulting in the successful promotion of Scouts to higher ranks and achieving a 12.13% Scout Advancement performance for Calendar Year 2025.

✅ 3rd Highest Membership Achievement, attaining 102.37% of the Council's membership goal, reflecting its dedication to expanding the reach and impact of Scouting.

These accomplishments are a testament to the hard work, dedication, and collaborative efforts of our Council officers, Scout leaders, institutional heads, volunteers, parents, partners, and, most especially, our Scouts.

Congratulations to everyone who made these achievements possible. Together, we continue to uphold the ideals of Scouting by building character, fostering leadership, and serving our communities with honor and integrity.
