APO Calasiao AAPC #181 Unveils the Dr. Frank Reed Horton Study Shed: A Legacy of Service and Nation-Building

Calasiao, Pangasinan — As Alpha Phi Omega’s Dynamic Year 2023-2025 draws to a close, APO Calasiao AAPC #181 proudly announces the successful completion and inauguration of its landmark project — the Dr. Frank Reed Horton Study Shed, officially opened on March 2, 2025, at Doyong-Malabago National High School, Calasiao, Pangasinan.

This noteworthy initiative was made possible through the generous support and collaboration of various APO Chapters, Alumni Associations, and the entire APO Pangasinan community. The Study Shed serves as a symbol of the Fraternity’s unwavering dedication to its pillars of Leadership, Friendship, and Service, and reflects its steadfast commitment to contributing to the advancement of education and community development.

More than just an infrastructure project, the Dr. Frank Reed Horton Study Shed represents Alpha Phi Omega’s enduring mission of nation-building — empowering the youth, fostering learning, and inspiring future generations to uphold the values of service to humanity.
