📣 DISASTER RELIEF INITIATIVE 📣

In partnership with EDNAS School Alaminos, and as part of our Oplan Kaagapay — JCI Dagupeñas is asking for your help once again to aid in the revovery of the victims of typhoon “Kristine”. 🏫🤝💜🩷

We are accepting in-kind donations such as canned goods, noodles, rice, or any non-perishable items. 🥫🍜🍚

We humbly ask for your help in supporting those affected by Typhoon Kristine. You may bring your donations of canned goods, noodles, rice, or any non-perishable items to the EDNAS School Alaminos Campus on the following dates:

🗓 Donation Dates:

• October 29, 2024 (Tuesday)
• October 30, 2024 (Wednesday)

📍 Drop-off Location:
EDNAS School Alaminos Campus

The collected goods will be handed over in the afternoon of October 30, 2024, to Barangay Pangapisan, one of the communities most affected by the typhoon.

This initiative is led by our Red Cross Youth Club Officers and JCBS and CBS Officers, with the support of our faculty and administration and other organizations.

While participation is voluntary, every contribution, big or small, makes a difference. Thank you for your generosity and support!

Together, let’s rebuild and uplift our community.

💜🩷 DONATION UPDATE: 💜🩷

🟣As of 8:00 PM today (October 26, 2024), JCI Dagupeñas has already received a total of Php 5750.14 in cash donations.

We would like to thank all of our donors who shared their blessings to help those in need. Donations will be used to purchase essentials in aiding families situated in recovering communities in Dagupan City, following the destruction brought by typhoon "Kristine". 🙏🏻

🌪️ Typhoon "Kristine" has devastated Dagupan City. JCI Dagupeñas is activating Oplan Kaagapay to provide support to individuals and families affected by the calamity. 🚨

Together, we can help alleviate the situation of our kabaleyans through:
🟣 Financial Assistance (Your monetary donations will be used to purchase most urgent needs at the centers.)
🟣 Volunteering to help pack and transport relief goods to evacuation centers in the city.

Our collective efforts matter during these difficult times. Your donation can provide food, shelter, and medical care to those who are struggling.

Huge congratulations to 2023 LO President Kristine Cielo F. Braganza, JCI Dagupeñas’ first-ever candidate for Regional Vice President of Pangasinan! 🌟

Pres. Kaye filed her certificate of candidacy last July 29, 2024, and attended the Officers College held last August 16-18, 2024 at the National Headquarters in Quezon City. She underwent the process of training and preparing to become an elective official of the organization for the post of Regional Vice President for Pangasinan Region for the year 2025.

Empathy, Peace, and Unity in Action! 🕊️🤝💜🩷

Last Aug 24, 2024, we had an amazing day at H.E.R.M.A.N.A.S. for Peace: Harnessing Empathy and Reading Magic to Nurture a Safe World!

Through storytelling, games, and the symbolic Tree of Peace, we helped 50 children from Sitio Camp 6 and Sitio Puelay learn the power of empathy, peaceful conflict resolution, and community building.

With the support of our sponsor Mr. Krismark Braganza and our local partners, we’re proud to be planting the seeds of peace in our communities.

Together, we can break the cycle of violence and build a brighter, safer future for the next generation.

Yesterday, JCI Dagupeñas and EDNAS School Alaminos partnered for a blood donation drive.

Every Second Adds to Life is a community project that targets good health and well-being for everyone. It’s important that we contribute to blood banks to ensure that there’s enough supply during health emergencies. Partnerships for the goals ensure that we as a community are working together to achieve this target. 💙💛💚 + 💜🩷

EDNAS School Alaminos Red Cross Youth Club is proud to host a "Bloodletting Donation" event on 27 August 2024 in partnership with Philippine Red Cross Alaminos Chapter, Inner Wheel Club of Uptown Dagupan District 379, and JCI Dagupeñas.

Join us from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at our school’s audio-visual room, where volunteers, led by Ms. Maricon Dawang from Red Cross Pangasinan Chapter, Alaminos Branch, will facilitate the event.

Faculty members and parents are warmly invited to participate, with all health and safety protocols strictly observed.
