"PRESSURED"
Scouts have their own lives beyond the uniform. They laugh, cry, struggle, and break โ just like anyone else. Wearing the neckerchief doesnโt make them immune to pain, expectations, or judgment.
Being a Scout doesnโt always mean being brave, confident, or strong all the time. Behind every smile and salute is a heart that carries the weight of responsibility โ sometimes more than they can handle. Everyone has a weak spot, and for Scouts, that weakness is often hidden behind a forced smile and the pressure to "always be ready."
We are Scouts, but we are also human.
We feel tired. We feel hurt. We get overwhelmed.
But still, we choose to serve โ not for medals, not for recognition โ but because we believe in something bigger than ourselves. We serve for the greater good, even when our hearts are heavy.
So before you judge, before you mock, before you say, "Boy Scout ka lang,"
Remember: We carry more than just a badge.
We carry expectations, pressure, and the desire to make a difference โ even when no one claps.
